Description of Work: The Normandy representative arrived at exactly the time that had been arranged, was extremely intelligent, professional and polite, and came in a Normandy company uniform. His work was outstanding. He transformed an off-white wall to wall carpet I'd thought I was going to have to replace into what looks like a brand new carpet. He also cleaned two upholstered chairs and restored them to like-new appearance. I had asked him to clean a couch. He analyzed the material and noted the damage that a previous cleaner had done to it with improper treatment, telling me that it would not be helpful for him to try to clean it and that I should save my money.
