+ -1 moreThey provided a complete service from the architectural designs to hiring all the subcontractors and overseeing all the work. They were on time, efficient, and appropriately flexible when difficulties cropped up. They had their 'project managers' on site everyday who were also competent, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. The quality of the work was excellent throughout the project. The cost over-runs were as expected and thoroughly explained. We are very pleased with our new condo and feel very comfortable recommending them.
