I had at least 4 estimates to replace my 17 year old, 50 gallon, gas water heater and I chose to go with Mike because of his fair price and level of trust I got from him. Mike provided me with a break out of costs and I liked that he provides a 90 day warranty on his work which also gave me more reassurance on his work. Even though I sent him pictures, I liked that he still came out to take a look to give me an accurate estimate of the work needed to make sure my pipes and space were to code. He was punctual, had to work extra harder to get our old heater drained as it was so full of sediments that he had to cut and figure out another way to drain it. Mike replaced my old heater with a 50 gallon Ruud gas heater and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend MPM Plumbing and will use him again for future plumbing needs.

Everything was completed in a reasonable timeframe and for a fair price.

Our hot water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced as quickly as possible. We contacted MPM because we had used this service before. Mike was able to schedule the work in a timely manner and we were very satisfied with his installation.

Due to the timing of MPM's phone call & email inquiry follow-up, we did not use their services this time. However, since MPM sent us a nice email & left a good msg on our phone (to check if we still needed their help), we have to give MPM good points for that good customer follow-up. We found MPM Plumbing through an internet search and based on the reviews we called them to replace our kitchen faucet. Since we were please with the services Mike provided- he arrived on time, performed the job well, and was reasonably priced, we called MPM Plumbing to do some additional services for us. We needed a backflow valve replaced and a drain unclogged. Again, Mike provided quality services for this job. We will continue to utilize MPM Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

I give the highest rating to MPM Plumbing. Our water line to the fridge was leaking and he came and installed a new copper line. He was very professional and his work is top notch. I was very pleased with the outcome and he is a nice guy as well.

I had just returned from a week vacation and the electricity had gone off for a few days while I was away. When I returned the alarm on the sump pump backup battery was on and wouldn't go off. I called Mike at 10:15, today, Saturday, and he came within the next hour. He had the materials and completed the work promptly and thoroughly. He checked the backup pump and confirmed it was working properly, so I didn't have to replace that. He was very courteous and explained everything including periodic system checking. I would definitely contact him again.

We have used MPM many times in the past and always have a pleasant and professional experience. Mike as a master plumber dedicated to his trade and is extremely knowledgable. Mike replaced two faucets in our master bathroom. He has also repiped our entire house before we moved in and replaced toilets and every faucet in our home. I would not hesitate to use Mike again or recommend his work.
