3 Man crew efficiently packed up and more all household goods in just 3 hours excellent services.

It went extremely well, arrived on exact time. The operations manager and two more crew members, all were very polite courteous and pleasant. They worked carefully and efficiently.

Our Marines were right on time, wrapped up our mattress and couch in plastic wrap, and carefully (and nearly silently) loaded/unloaded the truck. All in a little over 3 hours (they had estimated 4hrs). Would definitely recommend.

Movers of Duty Pros: 1.) Got the move completed Cons: 1.) Arrived late (however, it is DC traffic) 2.) Passed a stopped and flashing short-bus 3.) Came with broken equipment (dolly?s with missing bolts, etc.) 4.) Dropped pieces of furniture on the ground due to the faulty equipment 5.) Backed over my neighbors mailbox and broke it 6.) The team tried to charge me $70 for tape and wrapping (although the contract stated otherwise) 7.) Charged me a fee to secure the truck (on-top of the move charge) 8.) Estimate was for only three hours; however, the move took 5 hours (with wrapping items) 9.) Made me pay for the items prior to them offloading them 10.) No centralized point-of-processing (credit card is copied by the mover himself) 11.) They charge you anywhere between a $50 - $150 truck security fee (based on negotiation) and its not included in the price of the move. Its added up-front to your credit card.

A little longer than expected and a few scratches on furniture.

They were on time, courteous, patient, and careful with any stuff.

Mr. Alex and Mr. Max were outstanding! They carefully wrapped all the furniture and handled all the items with extreme care. They were courteous and concerned with our satisfaction. They negotiated difficult parts of the move with caution and showed high regard for the integrity of the items being moved.

They were completely professional and accomodating, even though I was using a Big Deal coupon that got me 4 hours of all-inclusive moving services for $199. I particularly appreciated two aspects of their service. 1) They made multiple stops to drop furniture off at other locations in Arlington and McLean (my mother was downsizing and items were going to various family members) at no extra charge and 2) they rearranged their schedule to accomodate a request to change the move time from AM to afternoon only two days before the move date. The dispatcher actually joined the crew to make this possible (thanks, Gabriel). I thought they were great and clearly committed to client satisfaction.

They arrived on time. They worked quickly and carefully. They did not damage the furniture they moved, nor anything in the boxes. they also were careful not to damage the floors or walls at both the house and the apartment. Move took about 3 1/2 hours. Used an Angie's list Big DEal Coupon for the first 3 hours and paid for the additional half hour. All in all, an excellent move and an excellent value.
