The man with whom I spoke (Joe in plumbing) pulled a scheduling near-miracle to get my hot water heater replaced within 24 hours of my first speaking to him. The plumbers who came to install it were courteous, focused and friendly. The only better outcome, as far as I’m concerned, would have been if my 18-year old water heater had been repairable. Now THAT woul have been a miracle!

I have Kohler faucets and not every plumbing company is comfortable with fixing them. Bonsby Plumbing was up to the task, had the parts, and fixed the faulty faucet on the first visit. Excellent work!

the techniciain did some real detective work figuring out the houses plumbing system and finding the cause of the of the blockage. it started sounding expensive but ended up demonstrating the value of a skiiled craftsman

There was a miscommunication aboyt the exact time they would be here. The owner called me and was very responsive. They showed a little later - problem taken care of.

Remodeling work cause leakages in the gas lines. I made an appointment with the scheduler BUT Michael Bonsby called me to understand the problem and to explain/assure me that they would ensure a thorough check on the gas line/safety. Mark the specialist spent a good couple hours going through every corner of the gas/water lines and sent me a written report. And he spent time explaining the technical aspects so now I know how to maintain the system. Strongly recommend them for service. Good value to price. Peace of mind!

very courteous; the original project was to fix leaks from the toilet; I asked the team if they could also fix a water connection to outside faucet, they agreed after checking with the office. So all in all, great technicians highly recommended

The two gentlemen who came did not have the equipment to do the job, so the $89.00 service charge could not be applied to the $200 I paid another man to unclog the sink. Furthermore, the bathtub faucet still drips. I was told I just had to turn it harder. Well I’ve tuned it as hard as an old lady can - faucet still drips, loudly. I think it needs the washer replaced.

This decision to hire proved to be well worth the money.

The guy they sent to do the work was great. He even recommended some new faucets, and I bought one that he mentioned. Nice guy too!

I was not told that there was an 89 dollar fee,whether anything was done. I asked for a dryer gas line to be closed. Then the plumber said it was 159 dollars. I wrote a check to his name not the company as he asked, then I received a charge for another 89 dollars. Would not ever use these people.

Great guy all business no upsell cleaned up after himself. He repaired and installed a new outside faucet.

These guys were great. They offered various options and even repaired some minor things for no charge at all. Will definitely use again.
