Job was much bigger than I expect but plumber (Anthony William) explains what actually cause the leak. His performance was very knowledgeable and taking his time to get job correctly. As the result now the drainpipe working no more leaking great work Anthony I was impressed with your performance.

Of the five bids I received, Michael Bonsby Heating & AC company proposed the best value for the price. From start to finish, through removal of the old furnace to installation & operation of the new furnace, the service technician was knowledgable & experienced in doing the work, and helpful in answering questions and explaining the use and operation of the new furnace. The office staff was also responsive and courteous whenever I called with questions or scheduling of installation. I'm very satisfied with this company and recommend them highly.

I received six estimates for replacing my air conditioning system. Of the six, four came in at a reasonable price including the estimate from the Michael Bonsby Company. Three of the four estimators made a good impression but the one who impressed me the most was David Lux of Michael Bonsby. He spent the most time, provided the most information, and fully answered all of my questions in all of my contacts with him prior to signing the contract. Even after I signed the contract, had the system installed, and made final payment, David Lux was still very prompt in answering my inquiries. So far I am very happy with the air conditioning system installed by and I would highly recommend the Michael Bonsby Company if you ever need to replace your air conditioning system.

Michael Bonsby installed my new heat pump incorrectly. The air filter is supposed to have 3 channels that hold it in place. They made a mistake and only installed two channels. At the back, they installed a bumper. When the fan started up, the filter lifted up in back since there was no channel to hold it in place. This meant that all the lint bypassed the filter and stuck to the heat exchanger above. My heat exchanger became clogged with lint. When I called, they sent a technician out who wanted to charge me $450 to fix the problem. I told them that this was still under their 5-year warranty and they should fix it for free. The lint had also caused water damage to my new laminate flooring. I called many times but they did not call me back or fix the problem so I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and the Maryland Office of the Attorney General. This got a response from the General Manager who requested that I send him the cost of the contractors I hired to fix their problems. I sent the costs and have yet to hear back from the General Manager. This company does not honor their installation warranty or have any customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The Service Technician was very professional and explained things. I signed a service agreement with the company for our two-zone system. So far so good. Our furnaces were serviced.

The company sent a reminder/confirmation message yesterday for this morning's appointment. I also received a text when the technician, Jim, was on his way. Jim was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. When he was finished, he made sure my questions were answered. I signed a service agreement so this appointment was for a regular service check. I'll be happy to see the technician in the fall for the winter furnace check.

Chris Petersen has a lot of experience and is highly reliable. He is very customer oriented. Strong recommendation.

Due to the inclement weather they had to cancel but were professional in letting me know and ensuring that they attended to me the following day.

Polite, professional, experienced crew. Great price and great customer service.

The problem I originally called about wasn't the HVAC system but the technition found the source anyway.
