They were very prompt, communicative and efficient.

For both the initial assessment and the actual repair, both technicians were extremely helpful and professional.

While they did get my furnace running, they failed to follow through on having another technician call and come to see about additional work that is needed to keep it in running order. It was around the holidays, so I expected it would take time, but it has been more than two weeks now. They charge for the service call, i.e., just to show up (as do all contractors), but then it was extra for them to actually troubleshoot the problem. I'd figured diagnosis was part of the service call, but it isn't.

very polite, friendly tech. the work was done properly and expediciously the first time. the cost was covered by the manufac. warrenty. can't beat that. i did take a yearly service contract.

the technician identified the problem, replaced the broken part, all very fast. The problem is, in addition to labor ($59), the company charged $300 for a "hot surface ignitor", which normal retail priced between $25 and $50. So, watch out for the part/material charge if you really need them.
