Called for my attic heat pump repair. Offered to repair the unit around $2000. Then immediately dropped the price by $500 to push me! But, after few days later the problem still not solved! Now, they blamed it to outside unit! I am done with them!!

I decided to cancel the repair because of cost. They made a repair that will last for a year or two and I will pay the price when this unit dies. A repair was $1,200 and a replacement was $4,300. Just too much.

Great service and they are avail all weekends without additional charges. Technicians are very professional and thorough when they do their work. Once they fix it...it stays fixed! Very relaible.

They were great asked for more advanced notice before they came to our home and they were able to provide it. Very responsive, friendly and efficient. We will definitely be using them on a routine basis for problems and maintenance.

I was charged $200 for 1 pound of R 22 you can buy a 30 pound canister of R 22 for $675 which equals out to about $22.50 a lb. that's a mark up of more than eight times the cost.
