+ -1 moreI have made 3 calls to Gene (owner of Air Masters) and in all 3 instances he made requests for me to text or call him multiple times and even text him reminders to ensure his appointment. It seems odd to me that the burden of scheduling his work is on me as a customer to mange for him. On July 17 when I called him to follow up on work he promised, he again asked me to text him details and that he would follow up with me on the next day, as of now, no word! Very frustrating and to make matters worse, my AC is leaking MORE since his service call.
