Martinez & Sons Power Washing & Window Cleaning

Martinez & Sons (M&S) powerwashed our community of 25 townhomes (front, back, sides, and gutters of each home) plus 3 single family homes. They also washed all the sidewalks in our community. Our HOA Board selected M&S through a competitive bidding process out of 5 contractors who applied. Their price was very good. We are very happy with both the process and results. Luis (the owner of M&S) came out to consult with us on site before the project. He was accessible throughout the project, his team arrived on time each day, they were respectful of homeowner preferences, and he was communicative about any issues that came up. The quality of the work was excellent. We had many houses with dark stains from dirt and mold, but afterward they were completely clean. Also the sidewalks were several shades brighter afterward. The whole community looked brand new after M&S finished their work (see the attached photos - they speak for themselves!) I would highly recommend!

Luis was Punctual, neat, thorough, attentive to detail

Luis is the person to call if you want the gutters cleaned correctly and I can also say quickly. He called back from my inquiry the same morning, came out to look within the hour, and said he was ready to get the job done. I could see he was careful and paid attention to everything (we had gutter covers, adding complications) and then afterwards said the main problem wasn't that bad, it was just at the downspout areas, also showing integrity. I also thought his price was outstanding. I'll be calling on Luis again and recommend him highly.

Luis did a truly fabulous job cleaning my windows inside and out. He cleaned all the sills and washed the screens as well. I have gutter guards so he blew out the areas that were still getting clogged. He is a great guy. He responded to my request for an estimate the same day and did the work the same week. I've already recommended him to my neighbors and highly recommend him here.

We could not be happier with the job done at our home. We had window cleaning and pressure washing of siding, trim, and front porch with railing and floor. Luis did a wonderful job. Worth every penny! Quote was extremely affordable, Louise was prompt, efficient and friendly. He did an amazing job - all windows, inside and out, plus screens and windowsills/tracks. If I had realized how affordable and painless it was going to be I would have gotten the work done much sooner! This company is a keeper!

Luis was professional and prompt through and through. From scheduling the quote to the day of the job he exceeded expectations. He power washed the exterior so meticulously the house sparkles and my windows look like they are not even there. Can not wait for him to come back!

My two-story high exterior stucco walls were very stained from mold and/or tree residue. Luis Martinez came out and gave me an estimate the same day I posted my job (other cos. just sent estimates without looking at the project and without a flat fee, just a $$$ charge "for up to 3 hours of work"). He knew the pressure he could and could not apply to stucco without damaging it. he did a great job. The walls look fresh. HIs charges were very reasonable, and I'll be using him again soon for other exterior work. Highly recommend him.

Tasked with Pressure Washing of House, Walkway/Driveway, Deck and Shed - for small rambler home. Inquired via phone on Thursday, discussed details on site on Friday, and cleaned home the following Tuesday (5 days from inquiry to completed project!). The window trim and soffits in particular, look good as new - and the house looks fresh/crisp. Luis uses a lower pressure sprayer with soap solution first, followed by spraying rinse. With over 16 years experience, he carefully cleaned caulking areas, screens and an expensive front door - with no problems whatsoever. What sets Martinez & Son apart from others, is that work is done by the technician who performs the pre-bid walk thru at the project site. You don't get a quote from a salesman, only to farm out the actual work to another team on the day of the project completion. You can rest assured that specific details of your home pointed out during your pre-bid walk thru will be noted, since your speaking to the person who will do the work! Luis was extremely professional, punctual and thoroughly cleaned up the site when completed. Without reservation, I recommend Martinez & Son to anyone looking for a high quality Pressure Wash Cleaning of their home.
