The plumbers showed up on time and wore protective gear (masks and foot covers) and were very knowledgeable. They were able to install the new water heater and everything is working well. I find them to be very competent.

Frank R. arrived on time, wore a mask, and after he finished snaking our drain he checked our water main and hot water tanks to be sure everything was OK. He also gave us tips on how to avoid back ups around the house. He was great!

They were fast and responsive and replaced the toilet the next day. I wasn’t expecting a water saving toilet with 2 flush settings so that would have been nice to o ow ahead, but it works fine.

Even though they came up as serving Winchester on Angie's list they do not service Winchester, VA, other than that nothing wrong with them as far as I know.

All went well. I purchased a special rate through Angie's List where the first 1/2 hour of labor was $90 instead of the normal $180 and then the company charged $80 for the second 1/2 hour of work for a total bill of $170 versus the normal cost of the full price of $260. The plumber installed a fairly complex new faucet in one hour's time and then he performed a free check up on the house's plumbing system. Everything worked out well and I would recommend their services.

The technician worked quickly and smoothly to do an evaluation of the furnace which was in perfect working order.

The guys were total pros and did fine work. They will be my go-to service from this point forward.

Michael was excellent. He arrived within the stated window while my husband and I were both unexpectedly in conference calls. He was totally understanding, very friendly, and did a great job of explaining everything he discovered. He was able to fix what he could quickly and gave us recommendations going forward. We've got his card taped up in a cabinet and we will absolutely be using Mallick's services again.

My residence had bathroom and kitchen fixtures that were many years old and some of them were rusting or leaking. A Mallick Plumber, Mr. Eddie Skadid did all the plumbing replacement. He and his work are excellent. He was very punctual and took the time to thoroughly and patiently explain cost, options and the expected time to complete all of the work. He explained each replacement/repair when each was completed. He is very friendly, honest, and did a good cleanup of all the areas where he performed work. Additionally, he also came back a day later for no charge to fix a minor issue that was the original home builders' mistake. I would definitely use Mr. Skadid again if he is available.

The whole work was finished within 30 minutes. However, the technician needs to back to the van to take the invoice and more than 20 minutes were passed. Therefore, the total charge time is 60 minutes, instead of 30. An additional $100 was added to the bill.

As stated above, Eddie was professional, forthcoming and friendly. He was obviously very experienced and certainly earned his money on the challenging work we had. He also performed a courtesy check on the entire houses plumbing and, again, offered excellent solutions when we wanted to improve things.

We use Mallick plumbing for our plumbing needs. Recently had them out to our house to fix some leaky toilets and descale our tankless water heater. Very professional services with excellent customer service.

Mallick came out to address a spigot leak which was quickly resolved. I was highly impressed with them and immediately hired them to do a cleaning on my tankless water heater. Very polite and professional team.

It went very well. Troy was knowledgeable and very professional. Had to bleed system to remove and fill after they were returned. Troy found some rust on the valve just below the floor level. I authorized him to go in from the downstairs ceiling to see what might be going on. The rust was from slight leakage from improperly connected pipe joint. The joint was only hanging by just two of 6 or 8 threads. Could easily have created an expensive future problem. I greatly appreciated Troy's careful attention to detail.

Excellent, punctual, well explained services performed. We were pleased with the professionalism of the plumbers and appreciated the care taken to protect the floors as they entered and exited the house.

Tyler came out and took a look at what needed to be done. He advised me about buying my own shower head as it would be cheaper than if he got one for me. He came back out and completed the work very quickly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever need any more plumbing work I would definitely request Tyler to come out for me. Thank you!

It went very well. All the staff I encountered, from the initial phone call, where courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The technician arrived on time and thoroughly explained how he would solve the problem. He answered all my questions in detail. He did an excellent job in a very efficient manner.

Worse customer service. Made all contact via Angie’s list text messages. Made appointment for 7-9am 3/25/19 to have outside spigot replaced. Not anywhere did it say that I had to reply before the weekend because they don’t work weekends. So because they didn’t check the text via Angie’s list my appointment never got scheduled. When I called Michelle says sorry but we don’t work weekends that’s why your appointment never made it on the schedule. Not only is this unacceptable but she was very rude and not bothered by the fact that I arranged my schedule to get this done. She was so rude that I didn’t even want to do ANY business with a company that doesn’t respect their clients time.
