Description of Work: Cleaned out a kitchen sink drain pipe run with an auger snake. The response to our trouble call was handled promptly. Work was completed quickly and clean-up was very well done. They sold us some additional drain cleaner that has not worked very well when trying to unclog our bathroom sinks. Overall a good, responsible company.

Description of Work: They diagnosed what was causing the pipe banging noise, a leaky toilet flapper which is $5 at Home Depot. Can't actually fix to banging pipes as they are under drywall but now that the toilet doesn't have a slow leak no inconsistent the banging. Pipes only bang toilet is flushed. Glad we know what is causing issue but a bit disappointed that I paid $250 for a toilet flapper.

Description of Work: Installed a new hot water heater on 7/9/14 for $1906.31. Returned on 7/11/14 to replace pressure reducing valve at no additional cost. Replaced a toilet and faucet on 7/21/14 for $1121.34.

Description of Work: Mallick has done a number of jobs for me. I'm a REALTOR and refer them out to my clients. They have been very responsive, easy to talk to and reasonably priced. I'm not sure how much more I need to say. All the work I have had them do has been repair work. They repaired a broken pipe that froze for one client. They've done repairs as small as fixing a dripping faucet. They've done larger jobs like multiple fixes from a home inspection list. They replaced a hot water heater for another client. My clients and I have always been happy. Mallick is my go-to contractor.

Description of Work: I had a great experience with this plumber: on time, pleasant, explained everything to me, did good work, and in a reasonable amount of time--and for a very good price! The main reason for the call was to cut into a run-off line with a "t" so that the HVAC people can come back and re-do the condensation pipe. I also had braided steel hoses installed on the washing machine, and had questions about a few minor plumbing issues. Despite a delay in the work because the building pipe the plumber had to cut into to install the T broke, things moved quickly and efficiently. The plumber was very careful after installing the washer hoses to reposition the stacked, full size washer/dryer exactly where I wanted them. He was very neat, too, which is always appreciated.

Description of Work: Great service from start to finish. Elizabeth, whom I spoke with when I called, was extremely professional and helped to schedule service as soon as possible, taking into account my work schedule. The plumber who came on to do the work (Brian) did a great job, worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. I will definately use Mallick again should the need arise. Mike
