Maid Brigade

I called and spoke with Mercy for a good 15-20 minutes about the cleaning options. We needed a deep cleaning within 10 days, and were looking to set-up a permanent biweekly or monthly contract. I was happy about the green products and quick availability, and everything that I was told. We had an arrival window of 10am-12pm within 5 days. However, on the appointed day, nobody arrived. Nobody called. I called at 12:30pm and Mercy was not in the office. The person who took my call was professional and courteous, but she said that I was "not in their system." She actually asked if I had another name! She promised to call me back. It's now 9 days later and nobody ever called me back. It's a wonder that they expect to maintain a business this way. Fortunately, we got cleaners within a few days and will be hiring someone else for our needs. This was a waste.

They are extremely reliable, extremely friendly, they take their time, affordable, all positive.

Bought as a present for my Sister. Cleaning went off without a hitch. They do try to upsell on extra cleaning services. Since it was a gift I did not want to pay without being able to see the proposed work. Overall a good experience.

Mercy, the GM, came to look over the job and to give an estimate. I was pleased with the price she quoted me. Instead of an hourly rate she gave me a flat rate which was cheaper and I was glad she could also book us the week of Thanksgiving after our first cleaning date. She also gave us a flat quote for cleaning every 4 weeks. I found out that another neighbor on my block also uses them as well. Saundra & Norma came within the time window and went straight to work. Since this is there first time it took them almost 4 hours to finish. The last time I had someone professionally clean the house was last year so I completely understand why it took so long. Now that I am on a schedule, it should take shorter time. The girls worked feverishly and never stopped. My daughter was at home with them and she called me to tell me that the house never looked so clean. She was really impressed and so was I when I came home. Lachey called me to schedule my next appointment, the week of Thanksgiving and I requested that I get Saundra & Norma again to do the cleaning. I called today to confirm that they are still coming before Thanksgiving and Lachey assured me that the girls are on the schedule for me. I am very glad I called Maid Brigade and I can understand why my neighbors uses them.

They could improve with the little details like corners.

They come out every other week. The price is good. They are punctual. Its wonderful not having to do the work that they are doing. I think the price is very good. Defiantly good. Oh yeah. they come in, they are efficient. They try not to be noisy. They know that I am working. They are nice, professional. They do a nice job. They leave, and I know that everything is clean. They are here for an hour and a half, maybe two.

Occasionally we have not had detailed cleaning in some areas and we’ve had a couple of personal items that have been damaged. Their price is pretty average. Honestly, we are actually considering stopping service with them.

Very well. House smelled very clean and carpets were vacuumed nicely. Bathrooms were cleaned and bathtub and shower very clean

The crew was a little bit late, but they communicated this to me in advance. Overall, they did a good job. The fronts and insides of the kitchen cabinets could have been cleaned better. Everything else was great.

It went very good! Girls were nice and professional and cleaned everything very thoroughly. Job was done in a timely manner and I will definitely call them again if needed! Thank you!!

They were here eight to ten months ago. It cost $240.

It went well, but was very much a surface cleaning, and they were a bit late, and would have left early if we hadn't specifically asked that they use the rest of the time we prepaid for to clean the finished basement.

They were fast and efficient. Did an excellent job.

First of all I have a big house and it was relatively dirty when they came. I had no problem scheduling the day I wanted and they showed up on time. I instructed them on which areas I wanted cleaned and they began. 2 cleaners for 4 hours each. They did not finish everything I had wanted them to do in the four hours so they asked me if I wanted them to stay an extra hour. The price they gave me for the extra hour was completely obnoxious so I did not agree to that. They did a good job with what they did accomplish but it would have been nice to have it all done and not have to finish it after they left. Don't get me wrong, I feel like they worked hard when they were there. I would have paid for an extra hour but not at nearly 3 times what I had paid for the 'original' hours.

They did a very good job. I am now using their service for bi-weekly cleanings. I have been very pleased with all of their staff. Definitely recommend

They don't have to do much cleaning in the lower section because it's delegated as storage for the family members. They advertised that they wouldn't be using any chemicals but I have no problem with that. I like the vacuum they use. They're very sweet and come in pairs. They are very professional. Every time they're here, they evaluation postcards. We're satisfied. They are much better than what we've had in the past 25 years. I have no major problems but I think that they are a little overpriced.

They come on Wednesdays. When I need to I pay them extra to do other cleaning. They do well. Sometimes there is a language barrier but we work through it.

We are extremely pleased with all aspects of our experience with Maid Brigade. We had tried 4 other house cleaning services previously, only to be disappointed for different reasons. We found a keeper in Maid Brigade! They are reliable, prompt, thorough and efficient, and reasonably priced. The staff are all very pleasant and communicate well. While we typically have them clean on the same day and time each month, they are flexible and accommodate changes as our schedule requires. We highly recommend them.

The Maid Brigade crew is efficient and fairly thorough. They color code their cleaning cloths to eliminate cross contamination. They are friendly and helpful. They will also go out of their way to make sure I am satisfied with their work.

I have been using the company for about 3 months. 2-3 cleaners come out and it usually takes them about an hour and a half. When 3 cleaners are out they will clean the entire house and the 2 cleaners will only clean certain rooms. They are very personable and dependable. They come out within the time frame they give me and I think their pricing is reasonable. They bring out their own equipment and supplies. It is very easy to schedule with the company.

I have used Maid Brigade for many years and they have always been very responsive, reasonable and respectful of my home. They are very detail oriented and I appreciate that they use "green" products. Since our home is much larger, I was concerned about having the added cost, but the price given was very reasonable and fits into our budget.

I have been using the company for a little over a year. They do an okay job. I have repeatedly asked for them to use certain products but they end up forgetting. I have also asked that they not send different people out but they always send out at least one different person. They are difficult to communicate with and miss some things to clean sometimes. They do not do the worst job, however. They are pleasant to work with and very accommodating with scheduling.

I have been using the company for about 5-6 years off and on. The service has gone well depending on what cleaners they send out. Right now, we have a really good group of cleaners. They usually send 2 cleaners and they clean the house in about an hour. I really like how hardworking and efficient my cleaners now are. They do a very thorough job and use their own green cleaning products. I had a cleaner a while back who did a good job but tended to break things. It is very easy to schedule with the company. They are very accommodating and have never missed an appointment. The people in the office are easy to work with and want to make things work for you.

I have been using the company for over a year. Two cleaners come out and clean for about an hour. The same two cleaners will usually come out unless I change what day I want the house cleaned. They are friendly and careful. The staff is very nice and come out as promised. They are very reliable. We are a difficult customer because there is always someone at the house and we are a clutter family. They are very accommodating with scheduling and time changes. They are also fine with pets.

We began with them in September 2014. I had a very good experience with the in-home consultation and estimate. The first cleaning was a full house "in-depth" cleaning, followed by bi-weekly cleaning. Only once could I not give them "exceptional" on their rating card and I immediately received a call with plan to remedy the situation. I insisted that it was not necessary, that I had taken care of the kitchen floor which I didn't think was as clean as it could be. A supervisor came with the crew next time, and every cleaning since has been well done. I've learned to best prepare for their arrival so that they can work most efficiently and give me great results. I appreciate their efforts.
