LARRY PRIGAL

When we first contacted Larry, he got back to us within 2 hours and was ready immediately to show us 5 homes for us to purchase. He was available whenever we needed him and was excellent at communicating. After we thought we had made a decision, he showed us one more house and it turned out it was the house we wanted. Once we made the decision to put on offer down, Larry was amazing at explaining how everything worked. This was the first time we bought a house. While we were under contract, Larry was there for us every step of the way for the home inspection and letting us in when I wanted to make decisions about painting on several occasions. When there was a problem with one of the showers, Larry went to bat for us to make sure it was resolved before we moved in. The closing was quick and easy! I never thought buying a home would be so easy!! I will definitely use Larry again and recommend him to anyone. He is phenomenal!

We used Allan to buy our first town home, then to buy our single family home, and later sell the town home. He is very efficient, outgoing and helpful, has many connections to help us in the process. He was very patient and answered the many questions we had. He continues to contact us every once in a while, just to see how things are going. I recently called him for advice about a home repair we needed and he freely gave me some companies he recommended. We receive his monthly newsletter which is a nice little publication of advice and general information. We have referred a few of our friends to him.
