Description of Work: Water damage to basement ceiling was most recent repair. This company has completed 2 bathroom renovations. We have been pleased with both. Have completed 2 water damaged ceilings, and we are pleased with both. Have done business with this company for years. Have recommended to friends who were equally pleased. Downside: Owner does not always meet schedule. Overlook that and you have absolute winner.

+ -1 moreKen Hutton provided an estimate and stuck with it with no surprises. The workers, carpenter, painter, tile setters, were all experienced who provided an excellent final product. The scheduling was also excellent but I had to interrupt the process. The company was considerate of my needs. They were timely and reported for work as scheduled. I have hired the company again for another very small job, and will not hesitate to call upon them again.
Description of Work: A small powder room was remodeled. Melissa Campion at Architectural Ceramics designed the job. Her recommendations were carried out completely by Ken Hutton, Inc. The job involved removing existing wainscoting, wall paper, and fixtures. The walls were restored and painted. Marble was installed on the walls and floor. A new cabinet sink was installed.

+ 3 moreVery professional. Worked directly with my insurance carrier to reduce my effort to get the insurance to pay for repairs. Always punctual and very professional. Work was performed to highest quality. When an issue came up they made it right the first time. Made excellent recommendations as to what needed to be done and then helped convince insurance company to reimburse us.
Description of Work: Water damage repair and restoration. Replaced or repaired water damaged ceramic tile, carpet, ceiling, walls and doors and repainted.
