They were highly responsive to our needs and performed excellent work. A representative was at our home within a couple of hours of our call. They provided a fair and competitive estimate for the work and answered all our questions. The representative was very careful to make no mess while doing the work and the job was successfully completed within hours. I would recommend this company to others.

They are excellent about calling with reminders to schedule the prepaid maintenance checks. The technicians and office staff are always very polite, friendly, and professional. The only problem with timing is, of course, industry-wide; it is often frustrating to be waiting for a 4-hour long window. But I am always satisfied with the service and overall value and have not even considered any other competitors and would definitely recommend them.

Checked and verified that gas fireplace was working as intended, so no service was needed. The occupant was not turning it on properly. Spent some time explaining the proper method to the occupant. Suggested only one optional service (clean the fireplace glass so that it looks like new) which I opted for. [I was going to pay minimum charge anyway and optional service was slightly more than that.]

On time arrival, professional service tech- very much appreciate the professionalism and training.

The guys who came were professional, on time, and good. My only criticism is that we purchased the service through Angie's List, and it took more than a month for the appointment to take place. The technicians let us know we needed to pay more for priority scheduling. But, again, the guys who came were friendly and did a good job.

Extremely well. The technician came when expected, was cheerful and professional. He diagnosed the major problem (pilot light would not stay lit) and fixed it by cleaning a soot-encrusted part. In the process, he described the difference between cleaning existing part and purchasing a new one--about $300. Purchasing a new one was not necessary. He also "tuned up" other aspects of the fireplace, and reminded me to update my carbon monoxide alarm. He also told me about their annual "tune up" service, which he said I could start next year since this year was taken care of. I was impressed.

The technician was very knowledgable and professional. He explained everything and gave me tips for future use. They forgot to call me the day before to give me the time window, but when I emailed them about it, the office manager called me from home to make sure it was taken care of, and she called me again the next morning. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The service was good. Everything was on time. They fixed my toilet and I?m happy with the work.

They scheduled me for such a late date in the future I had to cancel and find someone else.

I authorized a replacement of a fill valve for $152.00 was expecting a $50.00 credit per advertisement, Tech never told me if the credit was included in the price, If it was, it was an excessive charge ti install $30.00 worth of parts Upon inspection of whole house,Tech also gave quotes for other work which I thought was excessively high. Water heater flush, I expected Tech to drain the H2O heater and check sediment levels, but I never saw him bring in any equipment that would have facilitated this. (In all fairness, Maybe I had the wrong idea of what a "flush" was?) On the positive side, the tech was very polite, friendly and clean, it just seemed to me that he was there to hustle up business. Would I hire again?, Maybe, I would just like a bit more explanation of what I was paying for. I have used two other plumbers thru Angie's list and both were great experiences, This one was just OK!

There was no additional charges. He was a very pleasant person and professional but the activity he did I don't know $70 is worth it. He did flushing hot water tank. They are overpriced. The amount of work he has done is so minimal. I would not use them again.

They did a solid job. Told me my water heater was too old to really benefit from the flush (I suspected that), but they fixed a connecting valve. Also helped fix issues with two toilets' tank refilling. Not a demanding job, but they addressed all related issues as best possible.

I called them schedule an appointment. They said they could get me in the next day. A man, Derrick, assured me he would call me at 8:00 am the next day and he would put me on the dispatch. I called today and there is no one available until December. When I called I was on hold for ten minutes as a woman told me be checking on something. She never returned. I knew something was unprofessional as the day I was trying to schedule it I heard a man telling the operator, "get of the phone." It was late in the afternoon and I guess they were trying to get me off the phone. Maybe they do good work once you fart them, but I found a challenge even getting them to respond. Use them only if you have nothing else to do but wait around.

Technician tested a lot of different aspects of the fireplace and taught me some things I didn't know about it.

It was okay. There were no unexpected issues. We bought a filter.

We are very pleased with them. They are very polite, very efficient, they clean up, and they do a good job. There is not any reason to change our provider. We have been using them for close to 20 years. They're not cheap but they're not exorbitant. We have the intention of continuing to use them in the future. They have done a lot of work over the years for us.

Inspection went well. Esitmate on the lone repair pricey.

Mechanic came to house on time. Performed a lot of measurements and cleaned the outside of the fireplace. I had to show him that the price included taking off the glass and cleaning the inside of the glass. He did not know it was included in the price. Previous companies were more thorough in the cleaning and adding some cinders to the fireplace to improve the flame. It was fine for what the mechanic did.

Technician John Hubbard arrived early. A phone call preceded his arrival. John was professional and respectful. Tested our gas fireplace and explained what he was testing told me the results of the test. Clearly explained the problem and what needed to be done. He explained that the unit would work without repair but it would light slow and continue to get slower with time. He had to go to a supply house for the part since the unit is so old but he did this quickly. Once he had the part he quickly had the unit up and running.

This company was the single worst contractor experience I have ever had to deal with. I rarely take time to review online, but this was so horrible and frustrating it would have been a disservice not to warn potential customers. Stay away. Stay far, far away. Please do yourself that favor.
