Description of Work: I signed up for a 2-hour service call with this company through an Angie's List Big Deal. I couldn't have been happier. Eric and Alicia (who came to my house) were prompt, courteous, professional, clean and did what they said they would do and a very reasonable price. WOW. I haven't had a contractor that I could say ALL of that about since I can remember. They answer their phone, they give reminder calls, and they are with it. And they did the job! They did the job today -- so I can't speak to the longevity of their work -- but so far, all seems in working order. I was very impressed. The job was relatively small -- install a ceiling fan/light and fix a dimmer switch -- but I will try them for bigger jobs in the future.

Description of Work: Replace light in bathroom

Description of Work: Our service technician, Jeff, was great. He arrived early and fixed our hardest jobs with ease. He encountered some problems, but his ingenuity and knowledge of his craft won through. We will be inviting him back to do more project soon.

Description of Work: I had a light fixture installed in my bedroom closet. J&G's technician called 30 minutes before he arrived and arrived on time. He was very accomodating and flexible. He explained to me my lighting options for the type of job I wanted and I had to make a run to home depot to get the particular light fixture that would suit the job. I had to run back again because the light fixture box did not have all the assessories. The Tech was pleasant and understanding. When I realized the fixture did not have a pull string like he recommended, He provided me one of no charge. The service was pleasant and professional. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Traced wires for overhead fixture. Hung ceiling fan/ replaced breaker.
