We most definitely are interested in the job and J&G Electric would love to be of service to you. I spoke to the President Joey, whom you spoke with regarding your estimate, about your situation and the reasons behind this review. Joey informed me that he had requested that you send pictures of the work you needed done, so that he could give you the most accurate free estimate beforehand. The pictures were not provided by you and therefore Joey gave you an estimate going off of what you were telling him, that you needed recessed lighting, new lighting in your kitchen and a 20+ year old panel checked and relocated. According to your review, you were not satisfied with this estimate and it was not accurate. We do apologize for this and we would love to give you a more accurate, free over the phone estimate, should you provide pictures of the work you need done. J&G Electric does not provide onsite estimates, but rather over the phone for free, which ends up being a better savings for you, the customer. Should the customer require an onsite estimate the cost is $99.00 and is credited back to the customer if they choose to use J&G Electric for the job. I am very sorry that your experience was not great. Should you choose to give us another chance at providing you an estimate, providing pictures, we would be happy to provide this for you with our guaranteed free over the phone estimate.
