They came on the same day I called sent me an estimate which was reasonable did great job. Very recommended as well. Did some rebuild an installation. Very professional very kind to work with. Highly recommended.

Owen, Alon, and their whole team were excellent. They helped us during a crisis when water was in the basement and mold appeared. They helped us do a full basement renovation and external modifications to deal with water.

Iâ m so happy with indoor green solutions. They worked quickly and were very neat and tidy. We discovered mold in our ceiling when I was 8 months pregnant and had a long list of house projects piling up, so the discovery of mold in our ceiling didnâ t come at an ideal time since we were very pressed for time to get everything done. They sent a tech out the same day I called to test for mold spores. Before they tear anything out you get a pretty good idea of how significant the problem is from the spore test that they do. They use a third party lab and you get a very comprehensive and complete report that details exactly how much and what type of mold spores are in the air. Once the report came back positive, they had a team out the very next work day who worked incredibly hard to get our job done faster than I even thought possible. I think the value is very much worth it and I can rest easy knowing this hidden problem is now taken care of in our house.

The workmanship was excellent and quick. The sensitivity to the seriousness of the situation (new tenant with young children) was much appreciated. Communicaiton was excellent, with owner, tenant, and insurance company. The price went higher as the situation revealed itself to be more seious, so that we paid more in the end than we were originally prepared to. I would have preferred to have a better understanding of the range of possible costs, since of course there was no way to refuse the rising prices once the company was partway through the work

Final cost exceeded estimate by 10% yet far less work was required

Indoor Green service was very professional I hired them to demolish a small bathroom and mold cleaning. the crew was very professional and kept me abreast of all aspects of the remodel project. They arrived early every day and worked hard to complete the job. I would recommend them highly. Also I am intending on hiring them to remodel my basement and install insulation. I commend Jorge and his team for the professional job they did.

Received prompt service and an overall document that outlined the phases for work to be accomplished. Communications was very good. The work area was cleaned and all debris removed. We obtain estimates from other contractors for one phase of the project and selected another contractor due to the large difference in cost.

Excellent from start to finish! Prompt service and they came out the next day after the initial call. They scheduled the work right away, provided all documentation (estimate, insurance, license) promptly. Excellent communication throughout the work. Will definitely hire again.

Alon and Oren and the whole crew did a great job removing the mold and also doing an impressive variety of renovations all around the house. I canâ t believe how much they did in a short amount of time. They also offered competitive prices and were easy to communicate with. Overall we were super happy to have worked with them! They cleaned the HVAC system so they get credit for that. Our agreement stated they would and I quote, Complete mold remediation and prevention entire property and yet Owen said that it was only for indoor purposes only...our agreement stated that no where. It is very misleading when they have images of the Crawlspace and are still expecting more money for mold removal when I already paid them for it. So I am quite frustrated that the company lied to us. I have kids in the home and they just want every penny. They are very vague about how much work is expected to be done and will not give me a clear answer and just beat around the bush. I understand that paying for crawl space cleaning and installation would be extra costs, but to say the mold in the crawl space is not considered part of the same property, it blows my mind. They had a good rating with BBB too so I expected more out of them. They did not even fog like the paperwork said either. They just came in scrubbed and cleaned out vents and HVAC unit and left a scrubber for 72 hours then said they are done. They were here barely 2 hours and requested over $2,000 for the job that did not include mold remediation as stated. So very dismayed. They can keep the money since that was all they were after, greedy greedy people. 1 person did the entire job himself cleaning air vents. Other guy came in and dropped off scrubber and just walked in and out of house repeatedly.

They failed to document the damage, preventing me from getting reimbursed by insurance.

While you can never describe living through 8 days of plastic sheeting and replacing a ceiling and the floor above, this was as close as it gets. Everyone, from the Project Manager to the individual workmen were top notch. The found the leak that the plumber couldn't and stopped it in addition to the mold remediation. When my plumber couldn't show up theirs did. I would defijnitely recommend this company!

Indoor Green Solutions originally came for mold abatement, but then ended up completing an entire shower remodel. They were fast, competent, and reliable. They were constantly checking in and went above and beyond to allow me to find solutions to cut the cost when I could. They also offer a 5-year warranty and will check in yearly on the project. Eduardo completely did most of the work and he was trustworthy, kind, and talented. I highly recommend this company and will use them again!
