work wasn't done properly. i have to get other folks to redo some of the work that was already paid for. their response to fixing the problem is basically, I get paid already don't bother me.

Duct City remediated my mold using the required standards AND they helped me out by identifying and repairing the origin of the water leak on the roof AND they inspected my roof to identify any additional problems I may run into. I can't say enough good things about customer service. They had to make multiple trips to allow for proper drying and I was informed every step of the way. What I liked most is they charged me based on the project whereas others were charging me based on what they would need to do for a much larger job because of the process. If I ever have mold again - DUCT CITY!
