They charged me 15k for mold removal, I later learned the area had people living there for years. So I think they overcharged. I should have gotten a second opinion

Indoor Green solutions did a great job doing mold remediation & cleaning all my vents, including the dryer vent. Kenny the technician is very thorough, prompt and very courteous. My heating & cooling bill went down after the work was done. I have used them in my new residence as well. as well. The gave me a 5 year contract to come back twice a year to inspect the furnace where the mold remediation was done and reclean any vents. I highly recommend them.

I caught the contractor sleeping on some mattresses stored in the basement. I had to complain more than usual for them to clean up at the end of the day. The price was too high for the amount and quality of work that was done.

The air quality/dust situation in my house following 2 visits from this vendor is just as bad as it was before I paid $400 for the cleaning of my air ducts and furnace. A complete cleaning of my ducts using the correct equipment was not done.

After removing most of the drywall, we discovered a lot of dampness and humidity behind the drywalls, which is probably the original source of the mold. We would like to avoid installing new drywall and have the same problem arise in the future. Indoor waterproofing has to be done around all mold affected areas before installing new drywall.that and did a great job

Though they are not like companies that come with a industrial truck cleaner...they were thorough, courteous, and explained what they were going to do. It was my first time using a small company but for the value, I would definitely use them again.

I had a Tenant who continued to complain of mold after the small non-toxic amount that was tested was removed by Duct City. My home smelled so refreshing and clean after the remediation. They do a very thorough job and was very courteous to keep coming out 4 times after the tests concluded there was no mold. I appreciated their patience in helping me prove to the problematic Tenant there was no mold in the premises.

MY NAME IS ASHLY I HIRE DUCT CITY FOR MY PROJECT ,I HAD MOLD IN MY MY BASEMENT AND I CALL DUCT CITY ,THEY CAME AND DID AN AIR QUALITY TEST ,SEND IT TO THE LAB AND BROUGHT THE RESULTS IN IN 24 HOURS , THEY REMOVE AND REMEDIATE ALL THE MOLD ,THE PROCESS OF THE WORK WAS ABOUT A WEEK WHORTH OF WORK AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB ,THERE COSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT AND THE TEC?SUPERVISER (GIL) WAS THERE FOR THE WHOLE PROJECT I WILL HIRE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND DUCT CITY.

The contractor is not trained to do Mold removed. He definitely does not know what he is doing nor does he have the equipment to do an adequate job. I am so disgusted with this contractor. I have paid more than half of the required amount and feel I was cheated. Owen, the Project Manager, has refused to comply with my Mold test request or perform furniture cleaning as promised. It appears that his team has not been trained in finding and remedying mold issues. At this point he has defaulted on the contract. and I am still in need of mold remediation work. I am ready to take him to court.

The technician they sent to my home was very friendly. He walked me through every room and took before and after photo's to show the work that was done. He arrived in a timely manner and was very professional.
