The guy took 3 samples and submitted 2 to the lab. He is completely disinterested once he takes your money. Above it all, he uses a lab called San Air who does not provide comparative values to the levels they absorb (probably because he does not collect them). Meaning, if they find mold inside your apartment and there is no value as to what the outside air quality is, the report is invalid. Why would anyone hire a person who does not take outside air samples or who gives out reports that are not legitimate? I am filling for a refund, and going through remediation through a different company who is fact said there is mold in the air in my apartment and needs to be remediated. WHAT A FAILURE, don't hire him for anything! there are companies out there that offer free consultations, good service and knock off the initial testing report if they get hired for remediation. Look for better quality if you're paying market.

The workers did a great job. My only complaint is that they got a little snippy with my husband when he was asking too many questions.

I requested an estimate and was asked to provide pictures of the molded area, basement door area. When the rep showed up he decided to charge me an extra $500, original estimate was $1400, then he raised to $1900. I only hired because I needed to get my house on the market quickly and didn't have the time to get more estimates. The rep ensured me professional carpet cleaners could clean the carpet, but when they came, a very reputable carpet cleaning co, they said they would not clean due to the presence of mold.

I loved their expedient response to my mold in the attic and ceiling. Their staff were very courteous, methodical and handled the complete job in a highly professional manner. I'm especially grateful for the extra care they took in cleaning up and making the room look brand new. Thank you for a much needed job done better that I well!

Technician is professional, friendly, and got the work done nicely. Invoice and payment with the office was smooth. I had a slight difficulty communicating with the technical manager but was able to sort it out.

We were able to schedule quickly. Communication was very good. Office staff and workers were polite and considerate. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars on everything is that the follow up inspection has to be done in the future. I assume it will be satisfactory. Good work!

Exceptional recommendations were giving for the work. The warranty is what sealed the deal. The project was completed in a timely manner. When the project was completed there were no signs of mold, the paint job looked like new and the wood was clean free of mold. The workers worked hard and were very professional. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Work was done on time but basement wal and floor had to be repainted in spots.
