Description of Work: They installed 4 recessed lights in my living room, an exhaust fan in my bathroom and a ceiling fan/light in the master bedroom. They did a great job with minimal plaster damage.

Description of Work: Installed a Kohler backup generator, automatic switch box, and Uninterruptible Power Supply. Work involved electrical and natural gas plumbing (power source for the generator). Everything went smoothly. Only minor complaint was labeling of the circuit breakers in the switch was done sloppily with magic marker. I had to redo that with some printed labels that I pasted over. Not a big enough issue to mark down any ratings from an "A"

Description of Work: The cost covers two service calls in a one week period. The first was to connect an attic fan I recently had installed. The second was to install two new ceiling fluorescent lights in my laundry room and two new combo carbon/smoke alarms. Everything went extremely well. The service professional, Maurice, was excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful. He arrived timely both calls and was efficient in his work. I would definitely use Holt again and am getting an estimate for some other work.

Description of Work: Serviceman was going to be late and called and left a message that I didn't get or return so he called again and I answered. He was very well groomed and polite. Did a wonderful job installing a ceiling light in a 15 ft ceiling. Only downside was when he called in to the office I could hear the office man reprimanding him about something or other. It was embarrassing for him I'm sure. That's why I gave professionalism a B.

THEY STILL HAVE NOT COMPLETELY FINISHED THE JOB AND WE ARE NOT SATISFIED. WE HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST WITHOUT PROBLEM, BUT THEY ARE RELUCTANT TO GET THIS SETTLED DUE TO COMPLICATIONS.
