I had a fantastic experience with Helix Transfer & Storage. The teams communicated in advance about their arrival times, and they were very easy to work with. Moving is a stressful time, but the Helix personnel were calm, professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Everything arrived on schedule in good condition. I really appreciated the helpfulness and professionalism of both the loading and unloading crews. They made my move much easier than I anticipated.

While movers were professional and did a good job, be aware you would receive a low-ball estimate and then charged for more hours. Even after we sent pictures of all our stuff required to move estimate was off by ~30% from the final bill.

Just wanted to say big thanks to Daniel and Fernando for a professional moving service. Furniture and pre-packed boxes were unassembled/assembled, wrapped/unwrapped and carefully moved to our new house in the specified rooms. They worked non stop and moved fast. I would recommend using these two guys for your move from Helix. They would have gotten a 5 stars review from me. I gave 4 stars because the job duration wasn't on-point and we paid more than expected. It was humanly impossible to move faster than these guys. We assume it was their office moving job time underestimate. We are happy the move is over and was done well, but didn't appreciate paying more than we expected.

My bf move was great due to Felix. I am going to use them again in removing my belongings from storage to my new residence. Very professional and quick. Very pleased with the service.

Fast, friendly, responsive, and professional. Great value. My only suggestion would be that if you're a small move (apartment), you might need a little time flexibility during the day, which in large apartment buildings with in-demand freight elevators can be a challenge. If you can navigate that I would highly recommend Helix.

Jorge and Fernando were extremely professional and very fast! It took them 2 hours less to move then I was originally quoted for. They took great care of my furniture and made sure to wrap everything tight with moving blankets. When unloading, they took the time to check the boxes to see which rooms they went to. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.
