Helix Moving and Storage

Had a wonderful experience with Helix; Peter was super responsive and the pricing was extremely fair. The original quote had to be adjusted on site because of the amount of things we had (our fault, not theirs) and I wasn’t put off or surprised by the increased price at all- it was very transparent on arrival. We had three movers: they were fast, courteous, extremely friendly and professional. We had packed ourselves, and they used extra boxes where necessary to make everything more efficient. It started pouring rain half way through delivery, and the paused the clock to wait out the weather. Once they finished the units delivery, they asked if there was any furniture that needed to be adjusted, and even checked to ensure my fragile items were still in tact. I would recommend this company over and over to anyone!

I needed couple of items moved today and I was so happy that they could accommodate. Move went super smoothly and they packed my belongings very good.

They were to get there between 1 4 pm. They were a bit late. They looked over the job then left without a word. I could not get my stuff out on time so I lost almost all of it.

This was a small local move. They came in and efficiently wrapped up all the furniture and had the truck loaded quickly. Unpacking at the destination went just as smoothly. Exactly what I was hoping for!

They were professional, careful, quick and very kind. It was the best case scenario and a super positive experience all around. Jonas and his crew were more than excellent. We will use them for all future moves!

I can't stop talking about moving using Helix Movers. The team showed up on time and communicated with me over the week prior to moving to make sure there were no last minute changes. The day of the move the team contacted me to give me status updates, in reference to their time of arrival. They arrived on time and went right to work after I explained the logistics. They were professional, quick, very knowledgeable of how to wrap items and worked together to complete the move in a timely manner. They were very efficient and the payment process following the move was seamless. I will always use their service and they also had a great price and worked with me. I had to change my move 3 times due to unforseen circumstances. They were still patient and courteous. They are worth the price and I had no worries or concerns. Moving is already stressful and they eased my mind and my pockets.

Outstanding Job! The movers came on time, clean and organized and did outstanding service.They are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I had few items that needed packing and i was amazed how well they have rapped them. No damages no hiden fees just an hourly rate. Peter the sales person gave me very accurate estimate based on that i was on the 3-rd floor. Very happy whit their service will recommend them to everyone. Good Job Guys and Thank you !!!

Very friendly, courteous fast and extremely concerned with the service they were providing . Took wonderful care of all of our belongings .

Nice and polite crew but inexperienced and took 9 hours to move my 2 bedroom apartment. If it was not for my sister and I helping them move by moving my office furniture and boxes it would have taken even longer. Poor wrapping job with my white sofa ended up with black grease. The company did reimburse me an hour and threw in extra for dry cleaning.

We decided to move some of our heavy furniture last minute and they were incredibly accommodating and did an excellent job. I paid for an extra hour but didn't need it and they were very prompt in returning the deposit. Easy to communicate with did a lot of work in a very short time I would highly recommend them.

They hire inexperienced movers so it takes them a long time. My move was 10 hours instead of five. The guys were nice and polite but not professionals They also arrived late, 2 hours, and would add charges for anything not in a box or a mattress not in plastic. Really great moving company, the team was accommodating and communicative. Provided free boxes in advance of the move! The first leg of my move with the additional walking to the elevator was tough and the team handled it in a very professional manner. Great value for the cost as well. My only issue was they could not get my armoire up the stairs at my final destination but an otherwise great experience.

Answered the phone, scheduled and sent estimate immediately, arrived on schedule, prepared the antique grandfather clock professionally, moved it and set it taking great care, could not ask for more.

Peter was very nice and he helped me book with Helix. The crew that moved me was very good. If you need to move, call these guys!
