For both jobs, I comparison shopped and found Glass and More's prices to be very competitive. Spencer is prompt and reliable and although I am not a glass expert, his work is a good as any I have seen in a showroom. As part of the recent job, I asked Spencer to replace the worn seals on the shower door he installed ten years ago and to adjust the door, and he did so for no extra charge.

They tinted and painted the glass. They were fantastic. I will definitely use them again and recommend them. I was fine with the price.

We've filed a complaint with the BBB and will be contacting the Consumer protection agency in Maryland. The few times he showed up to do the work, the work was sloppy and walked through our new house with mud on his shoes and all over our new white carpets.

I have one shower in my house so timing was very important. We contacted them 2-3 weeks prior to starting the job. The glass enclosure needed to be removed so a floor leak could be fixed. I have a high-end enclosure and we repeatedly asked if they would like to come see the job prior to commencing the work. They denied our offer saying they do all kinds of enclosures all the time. The day the job started they sent one man when the jod requried two men. They didn't have the right tool to perform the work so they had to come back the following day. That set off a chain reaction of delays with the other contractors. The finally got the enclosure out and the other work by the other contractors was performed. They were then scheduled to come back and reinstall the exact same enclosure they removed. Instead of sending the guys out that removed the enclosure they sent new people that didn't have a clue as to how it was originally installed. Two of the three panels were set and the third "didn't fit". We were told that they would have to cut a new piece of glass to fit - $300.00 additional. We were told that WE must have changed something - implying that we were being untruthful. When told that wasn't an option the owner of the company said he was getting real tired of this. That if he had to come out to the house to show us that it didn't fit he wanted to know who was going to pay him for his time. They came back out and amazingly the original glass fit after all! Once everyone realized the original piece fit the owner of Glass and More offered no apology, didn't say good by and just left. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing regardless of the amount of time they have been in business. They knew this is our only shower, that timing was critical and I believe they told us we needed a new piece of glass because they felt they had us backed in a corner. Ironically the glass fit - no need for a new $300.00 piece. Amazing!!!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER again!!!!

The installer measured the panel and left to make up a new one. When they returned, the new panel didn't fit. They requested to take another panel in order to properly size the new panel. They never returned. They do not respond to phone calls or letters. I suspect they've ceased operations. In addition to not fulfilling the contract, they've taken a second panel from my window which now must be replaced.
