Description of Work: They repairs my chainsaw and when I dropped it off and wasn't working. They went through the entire motor, replaced the gas lines and sharpened the blades. They only charged $85 and I walked out several days later with almost new chainsaw. Very happy with the price and overall service.

Description of Work: My Champion portable generator pull cord stopped pulling. Champion could not help me find a local authorized repair shop so I tried GRC. They estimated just over a hundred for the repair, but said the repair was easier than they thought and the charge was only 40.

Description of Work: Gaithersburg Rental Center performed the annual service on my gas trimmer. They cleaned it, changed the spark plug, and performed other maintenance as specified in the owner's manual. The price was $15 less than the shop I used in the past. Unfortunately, the trimmer is more difficult to start than it was when I used the other shop. It still works fine, and may not be the fault of the vendor - hard to tell, as the equipment has aged. For those on a budget, I would recommend this vendor.

The repairs were made and tune up completed as promised, and the work was finished faster than expected. The mower runs like a charm.

+ -1 moreI brought in an older gas mower for servicing and repairs (had a leaky fuel line). They finished the work within the timeframe promised (busy time of year, too). When I came in I asked if the servicing had been done too, but there had been miscommunication, and they had done only the repair. On the spot the clerk did half a service (changed the spark plug and air filter) and charged me only for parts. I was impressed by everyone's professionalism and friendliness.

+ -1 moreTheir work and quality of work was great. The price was fair for what was performed. The only caution I would give is that these folks are popular, so it took 2 weeks to finish the job. Make sure you get a time estimate before you drag anything over there.

The website was informative and then I went to pick it up and they helped me load it in my car and tried to explain which mower might be the best choice for my purpose. I appreciated their customer service, even for a low budget rental.
