Description of Work: I have a service contract with GAC. They come out and check and tune up (for a better word) my heater and air conditioning 2 x a year. When I need to call for service they are very prompt in getting a service person to my home.

Description of Work: They replaced gas heater and electric air conditioning units. Estimate included various options. Financing was available. They did an excellent job in a few hours in replacing both units. Very professional. Included one year service for units.

Description of Work: The furnace was sending erro codes to the controller. GAC first had me read the codes over the phone to see if they needed to come out. After hearing the furnace's reported codes, they sent out a service person who went through the whole system and in great detail, explaining the whole system to me as I was curious how it worked. Turns out the new air filters are too dense for the high efficiency furnace and we're building up pressure far faster than the older filers use use to use. I know know how to read all the pressure readings off they systems to know when is best to replace the filters in the future.

Description of Work: They installed a Furnace and Air Conditioner in our bi-level home. From start to finish this company was EXCELLENT!! From the first visit to evaluate our old system, to the final install day, everything was 100% professionally correct, neat, and really perfect! Once we decided on this company and accepted their bid, it took less than one week for completion! The majority of the new duct-work was prefabricated and correct, thus helping to make the install time very short. The installed systems (heat & cool) have operated correctly for over 3 months without a hitch!

Description of Work: GAC replaced our entire HVAC system, and did a great job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. After our system was installed, they returned a few times at minimal or no cost to balance the airflow on each floor, replace old, leaky duct work, and to sleuth out a leak in our duct work. We recommend them highly!

Description of Work: We hired them to put a Humidifier in our home to replace our old one. The first one had ZERO effect according to 2 very efficient Humidifier Readers that we had. So they installed a second one where they took the original one out and where they should have installed the first Humidifier originally. This one had a slight effect and they gave us a few hundred off the price, but we never should have needed the second one according to them!! But $1,000 for 2 Humidifiers is sill a waste of money for a 3% to 4% increase in Humidity! | |Lastly, the Manager sent us a nonsense/very rude letter stating that the workers didn't want to ever come to our home or speak to us ever again. The strange thing was that we never spoke to them except to let them in our home, show them the area where the Humidifier went and ask about maintenance of the unit. So this was actually just the company trying to get rid of us! | |We will NEVER do business with them again and their humidifiers are a total waste of time and money!!

Description of Work: Did an inspection on the AC unit. Quoted a new contract service for the year. The first quote included a contract service for the AC and heat pump. We don't have a heat pump but oil furnace. I also requested that the tech knock on the door when coming in and out of the house. The service was excellent and I will certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Semi-annual servicing: recommended a manufactured filter instead of the store bought one (2 year service life), checked wire connections, motor, outdoor coils, etc. Recommended the use of Refrigerant Cap Locks to address my concern about people tampering with the unit.

Excellent price and perfect unit for my needs. The installation team came out a week later and installed the unit. They were on time as scheduled and very professional. They did a great job. I highly recommend GAC.
