Our three year old central A/C was not cooling the house this summer. Since Gaithersburg Heating and A/C installed the system originally, we asked them to check it out. It took two visits but the rep. discovered the problem and fixed it. Because they did not get it right the first time, they offered a substantial discount on a Saturday morning visit that required several hours of service. They were very nice, professional, clean, and willing to educate us on how to save energy costs. Even though they did not get the problem fixed the first time, I really liked how they took responsibility for the problem and made sure it was solved before leaving.

I was very impressed with this company. They already have come out twice to check up since we bought the unit, and they have been very pleasant. I would recommend them to others and will definitely use them in the future.

Arrived on time. Gave lots of information about what they were doing and what I needed to know. Very polite. Suggested a service contract that saved me $60 on the year's service. So cost for this service was $80.

Everything was done very professionally and politely from the initial estimate to the installation, which was done within a few days of my approval of the estimate. The estimator was very helpful and informative. The installers were punctual, polite, and cleaned up everything very nicely. The system was not cheap, but I feel like I got good value for my money and have a reliable firm to back up my purchase.

I have been in this area almost 50 years and have had experience with several HVAC contractors. Gaithersburg Heating & Air Conditioning is the best of any I've used. They are courteous, prompt, and most importantly, efficient and knowledgeable. Their technicians seem to be more experienced than most. Their work is outstanding and lasting. The attitude of the employees at all levels makes them a pleasure to deal with. In my judgment, there is no better HVAC contractor in this area.

YEARS AGO I STARTED WITH GAITHERSBURG A/C AND HEATING AND I HAVE CONTINUED USING THEM. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT AND COME OUT WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. IF AN EMERGENCY SITUATION ARISES THEY DO THEIR BEST TO COME OUT ASAP.
