+ -1 moreThe A/C is now failing in less than one year. It was evaluated by our new home warranty insurance company's vendor. They say it was improperly installed. They say the compressor was NOT compatible with the coil and the large differences in pressure is causing the failure. Furthermore, because they insist it was improperly installed, it is NOT covered under their policy. We sought a second opinion and the independent company also said that the the compressor was improperly installed.
Description of Work: This company was a vendor for the home warranty insurance service we had when we bought our house. Our original A/C stopped working, and they installed a new compressor. They did not change the coil inside the house (after telling us repeatedly that it was compatible). They insisted it was in good working order and needed no further work.
