When I first got my estimate, Paz seemed knowledgeable and honest about what work he recommended. He was able to schedule the work quickly. During the job, the crew was efficient and meticulous. They made a few extra repairs that they noticed along the way. I am thrilled to have found Elegant Homes and will be using them for all of my home projects in the future.

I am incredibly impressed with this company. Every worker was highly professional and thorough. Elegant homes was one of three companies that I received an estimate from to repair the rotten wood all around my home's facia and bay windows. I went with them because their description and estimate for the work was the most thorough. During the estimate the general manager explained his thoughts about the scope of the damage and suggestions for repair and seemed very knowledgeable. His explanations were clear and I felt that he was aiming to ensure that the repairs he and his crew completed were done correctly and prevented future water damage. It was also suggested to me that I have my gutters replace given that the ones on my home were old and too small to adequately channel water given the steep slope of my roof. Work began quickly (within a week of my signing the estimate) and the workers worked diligently complete the job in two days. Their pricing was more the fair, and I noticed that they replace rotten wood they encountered that was not covered on the estimate. I would definitely hire Elegant Homes again and am exceedingly happy with the quality of work they have completed. I also feel proud of how the exterior of my home looks. The also cleaned up meticulously after the work was done and stated that they did not want any materials from their work to be left in the yard.

I had a variety of home repair needs, too big for me to handle, but too small for most contractors. Two contractors visited, took notes, and never responded which I considered unprofessional. Elegant Homes did all of the work in two days -- installing a door, painting trim and roof, repairing a fence, replacing a rotten threshold. It took no more than a few weeks from my first contact to completion. Quality is good and I will now consider them my go-to for future needs.

Paz was very responsive and punctual. However during the junk removal part of the job there was dirt all over a new carpet so he didn't put drop cloths on the floor and stained a new carpet. Also the closet doors he installed were not measured properly so there are small gaps from the closet to the door. Lastly the outlet covers he installed were painted over and not sized properly. He also seemed to be in a hurry to finish the job. I would not recommend again.

Paz Castillo was not only extremely responsive, but scheduled the job sooner than I thought possible. He and his crew arrived promptly and kept me closely informed on the methods he was using to make the repair many times more secure than any previous attempts by others. He was a pleasure to work with and I will surely hire him again!

He has done a great job. He has done so many jobs that there are too many to count. We have been using him for 15 years and he has never had a do over. He is always prompt and always on time. We are very picky people.

My most recent experience is with an apartment that included building a laundry room, 2 closets, a kitchen, a full bath and a bedroom/living space. I needed it done under deadline and within a budget. They completed the job on time and made the trade off's that came up once it was under construction with no issues. I made some changes during the job and it was all taken in stride and there was never any hassle or problem...that is something that is unusual if you are having a large project done these days. Paz's guys are always respectful to me and always responsive to ideas that I come up with in a positive and constructive way. I have been a long time client of Elegant Homes and Paz Castillo. I cannot say enough positive things about him and his company! He has helped me with any and everything related to home repair, maintenance and remodeling for the past 10 years. His team is honest, neat, professional, and excellent in every regard. They show up on time, take great care to do a neat job, always perform whatever the job is carefully and completely. The charges are always fair for the work done. If there is every a problem, I always feel totally comfortable telling Paz and he makes it right quickly and without any problems. In addition, I trust Paz and his team completely. I do not hesitate to give them access to my home when I am away, should something need to be repaired or to do painting jobs that I'd like done while I am traveling. All in all, I do not know what I would have done over the past 10 years without Paz and Elegant Homes! They are THE BEST and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent and honest group to rely on for everything around the home. Paz is always saying: "Lets make it happen!" and he does, which is rare in this day and age.

The employees were very courteous, detail oriented, and did a great job. They took care of every little detail. We didn't have to worry about anything. They were all very professional and friendly. We are so happy with our house.
