Eco City Junk

They were terrific. Responded very quickly to my email request and called me back to confirm appointment a very quick 2 days later. Called me an hour before the appointment and asked if it would be ok if they showed up early because an earlier job took less time than anticipated so they ended up being 40 minutes early. Got everything out of the basement and first floor in less than 45 minutes and took great care on the new paint job on the stairway manipulating well around a corner at the top landing. I had responded to an Angie's List Big Deal and Eco City Junk was worth every penny. Plus a percentage of their profits goes to one of 5 local charities- the choice of charity belonging to the purchaser of their services. I would definitely use them again.

We scheduled an appointment with Eco City Junk to help us clear out old bachelor apartment junk from a small 4th floor space. The team arrived promptly, took direction from us, and had our old furniture removed super fast. They made sure to be careful in getting things out of our apartment without bumps or damage, and handled the 4th floor logistics without complaint. Very professional, courteous, and efficient. Definitely would use their services again.

We were moving and needed to get rid of lots of stuff. These guys are the best! They moved furniture, clean "stuff", dirty "stuff" and anything in between. There was no attitude or moans/groans. They were more than helpful and professional. All in all, it was a pleasure during a stressful time.

It went well. They were amenable to adding extra items for a reasonable fee, i.e. an amount that was less than 1/4 truckload.

Jeff was very responsive from the time that I purchased his service on a Big Deal through Angie's List. He contacted me promptly and we scheduled a time to do the job. When the day came, Jeff kept in contact letting me know his time of arrival. Jeff and his work partner were very accomodating and attentive to what I wanted taken out of the house. All could not be accomplished in one day /trip, so we arranged to give Jeff keys so that he could complete the job, saving me the trouble (I live abt 2 hrs away) of meeting them at the house again. Jeff kept me informed each time he was at the house. They were punctual, professional, very pleasant to work with and eco-friendly taking the time to separate furniture items that can be reused.

i called and set up an appointment. They arrived on time, quoted a price for the items I wanted taken away. They were clear on what they could take and what they could not. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Eco City Junk was hired to remove and haul furniture from a condo in a gated complex, including an old sofa bed that was huge and heavy. Jeff and James were quick, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. We?re happy to have made a contact we can trust and highly recommend them.

Jeff (the owner) and James came exactly on time. We had more than a truck full and so I asked them to leave any bagged stuff for last as I could cart that to the curb. They removed a bunch of junk - furniture, yard tools, building supplies, book cases, mattress and box spring, etc. They asked to make sure what they were taking the right stuff as well as allowing time when someone had to dig through a bag or box of junk to make sure it was good to throw out. At the end the truck full and they couldn't take all the bags so they left those for me but they did load as much as possible and helped bag some of the loose stuff. I would use them again. I honestly can't speak to the cost vs other providers as I didn't shop around but felt it was a fair price.

Awesome company!! Jeff quickly responded and came out the same day to removed cinder blocks and pieces of cinder blocks/bricks from an old retaining wall I took down. Very reasonably priced and Jeff honored the price he quoted me on phone. Very professional, reputable, and trust worthy business. Highly recommended and will use them again in the future. I am very happy to write this review! Jeff and James arrives at 9am on the dot...as scheduled! They were professional, pleasant, efficient, fast, careful...everything I could ask for! They removed old stuff that has some sentimental meaning for me and they were so very respectful with everything they put their hands on! The guys rock! I will definitely call them again and I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Eco City Junk. They arrived on time and went right to work. The cleaned up the driveway before they left. Very nice guys and will definitely use them again. A+A+A+A+A+A+A+

The entire process was smooth and easy. I had contacted Eco City by email and Jeff called me and we set up an appointment for a Saturday. On that day, he called to say they were running a bit late, but once they got there, we went over the items to be removed and they got right to work. It was all done in less than a half hour. I like that they will recycle what can be recycled rather than just tossing everything. I also like that a portion of the net proceeds goes to an environmental or socially conscious organization. I will definitely call Jeff again should I need anything else hauled away.

I have used Eco City twice to help me clean out a house for sale. It was important to me that the hauler could recycle all recyclables. The crew was very quick and efficient, and also very knowledgeable about what can be recycled and how. They also contribute a portion of each sale to a green or socially conscious organization of your choice. I was very pleased with their services, and will use them again.

Eco city's truck got stuck in mud and so they were late for our appointment. Therefore they gave me a significant discount. Once they started things went They performedextremely well. There was a full truckload of junk and they fit it all on the truck efficiently and quickly. They also were very courteous. I would use them again

This is the second time I have used Eco-city Junk removal and it is the only one I will use if I need stuff taken away again! the reason is, Jeff donates items if possible to charities - you can even pick which ones - such as a Habitat for Humanity, a Wider Circle for homeless, and also donates a little of his profits to charities - you can help choose that too. He reccycles items when he can- now that is win-win-win!! Also, he is extremely polite, professional, courteous and respectful - he is thoughful about keeping the house clean as he works, asks you questions to be sure you agree to what he is taking and the cost, and is just a really nice person. I recommend Eco-city Junk removal totally and I wish all businesses worked the way this one does!

Brilliant. Called ahead to say they'd be a few minutes late which was nice. Then two guys got straight to work. The couch was a real problem to get out but they took it apart using tools and then got it through three doors. Everything else went smoothly and the whole job took an hour tops. They were friendly, super helpful and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Everything went really well. I especially liked that they worked with me during the project and allowed me to pick through the items before hauling them away.

Jeff and his assistant arrived on time and proceeded to assess how they were going to get this sofa out of my house. I was impressed with their efforts because there was no way it was going to fit through the opening of my sliding glass door. They spent a lot of time and ultimately had to break up the sofa in order to get it out and then had to trudge through the snow and ice up the hill to get it to their truck. I was very impressed with their hard work and professionalism. I will definitely will use them again.

I'd purchased the deal a year ago because I thought I'd be moving shortly thereafter. It took a lot longer than that for me to find a new place, but when I did, Eco City Junk was very flexible in accommodating my schedule. Jeff and James arrived a little bit early. I showed them what I wanted to get rid of, which included items I hadn't told them about when I'd made the appointment. It was no problem because the truck started out empty, and they removed the unwanted items quickly and with care not to damage walls and doors. It was a good experience and I would recommend Eco City Junk highly.

Jeff arrived on time, was very courteous, removed the items without too much trouble. Would definitely recommend them. If you have a large load, let Jeff know so that he can accommodate you. Excellent service and if any of the stuff is useable, he will donate it. Five stars all around.
