Description of Work: I had far more stuff than the amount covered by the Angie's List purchase. They were very fair in the additional charge, and their professionalism was exemplary.

Description of Work: Hauled away old, damaged, unwanted furniture, tools, storage bins, and other kinds of junk accumulated over the years. Only "problem" I had was that I had a lot more than just 1/4 of truck space. Actually, I filled up 3/4 of the truck, and will have to schedule another appt to take away the rest of the stuff!

Description of Work: Two visits removing heavy furniture, 3 large file cabinets and many huge bags of household junk. Had to carry everything up or down a flight of stairs. Prompt, professional service all the way.

Description of Work: Eco City Junk provided great service. When they came to my home, they were extremely polite to explain their process and immediately went to work. They hauled off quite a bit of junk for me. After they removed the items from my yard, they took the time to sweep the area. I have to say they were extremely polite and efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future-- with or without a discount.

They went above and beyond even bringing a chair up to my living room that I wasn't getting rid of. I would definitely recommend them (already have) and use them again. |

Description of Work: We waited several months to take advantage of our big deal as we prepared to move. Jeff contacted us when we first purchased the deal and got back to us right away when we were ready to schedule. He called and apologized for a half hour delay, not a problem for us. The deal was for a quarter truck load for $99. He offered additional quarters for $100. We had everything labeled and stacked in the basement and Jeff gave us an estimate for the total which was revised down after they loaded the truck. They were careful and efficient. I would definitely use them again, but probably would shop around first to get estimates if I didn't have an Angie's List Big Deal!
