Mr. Zweig clearly explained his rates; I set up an appointment and he came at the appointed hour and hauled away the junk. Very efficient and easy to deal with.

Jeff was amazing from giving us an estimate to scheduling the hauling. Jeff and Al worked carefully and professionally and checked to make sure they were doing what we wanted. This was an amazing experience with everything going correctly.. The connection to also taking thing to Habitat for recycling plus their giving to one of five charities which I could choose. Also, receipts were given to us. I just think this was a wonderful service provided from the start and would highly recommend them and use them again.

The team was prompt, professional, courteous and patient. We had to remove a large sofa/love seat. They had some trouble with the sofa and did everything in their power to not scratch or scrape anything. I was very impressed. They also removed a toddler trampoline, a playground barrier and some other misc. items. I highly recommend and would definitely hire again. Keep up the good work.

They are on time and very respectful and they do what they say they are going to do. They always call back immediately and he was willing to work with me on finding the exact right time. Over the years I've used two other hauling companies, in addition to Eco City. Eco City has been the most responsive and best value in my experience. Most recently, they came and cleared out part of my basement. The owner and assistant arrived exactly on time, were completely professional and easy to work with, were flexible with amounts (I kept adding a couple more items), and packed the truck so as not to bump me up to the next price tier. They worked with amazing speed yet did not give the impression of being rushed at all. I also like that they donate a percentage of the price to your choice among five charities. I'm really happy with Eco City, and highly recommend them for hauling/clearing out!

They were on time, very courteous and very careful not to damage the furniture and/or scrape the walls when moving the large pieces down two flights of stairs. I filled up most of truck, so I had to pay an additional fee, but they told me that might happen ahead of time.

As always, this went as smooth as possible. Workers showed up on time and we went through everything to be hauled. While I worked on getting the freight elevator locked off, they got all of the stuff ready in the hall. I've always found Jeff and his workers to be fair in evaluating how much of the truck they will use, as that is what determines the price to be paid. I had a lot of stuff this time after having moved from a townhouse to an apartment. I like that if anything can be reused, it is donated to a deserving organization. I also like that 3% of the proceeds go to an environmentally or socially conscious organization. I can't say enough good things about Eco City Junk. I will certainly use them again for future hauling needs.

Eco City Junk arrived on time and completed the project within 90 minutes. The hardest part was disassembling an old A-frame platform. The workers used muscle power and leverage to tear apart this structure.

Arrived on time and efficiently removed the items - I have used Eco twice and have been very pleased - will use their services a again if needed without reservation. Love that they RECYCLE - Eco City also donates a portion of your fee to one of 5 charities of your choice; in my case the MD Humane Society.

Eco City Junk provided very friendly, courteous and helpful service that was well priced. They were careful not to scratch walls while moving items out were very respectful of my needs. I highly recommend them.

What a great service! I was able to schedule a pick-up time online, the crew called 3 days in advance to confirm and discuss the job, and arrived about 10 minutes early to pick up my stuff. They hauled 3 large, heavy items out of my basement, up a hill and into a truck. I hate throwing things away, so it makes me feel better to know that my stuff will be recycled. And they donate 3% to a charity of your choice. It's a win-win-win. My basement is emptier, hopefully stuff isn't headed to the landfill, and money goes to a good cause. They also deliver furniture to habitat for humanity re-store if you have things in good condition. I would definitely recommend them to friends or neighbors looking to declutter, downsize or move.

It went very well. They were punctual and helpful. I had reserved a half a truck but ending up filling truck and there were no issues with this. They were quick and very efficient, it took less than 2 hours.
