Jeff was as easy as possible to work with. We agreed on a day and time. He told me he would call prior to arriving and he did. He showed up just when he told me they would. I told him what I neeeded to be removed. He and his co-worker were very respectful of my home, wiping their feet each time they entered. When they removed each item, they were careful not to knock the walls as they passed. They worked quickly and efficiently. I discovered them through an Angie's Deal, but I would use them again or recommend them to any of my friends. Really, I couldn't have asked for more from my experience.

The removal policies and possible additional fees we're explained thoroughly in advance. It was easy to set the appointment and the job was completed in a timely and orderly fashion. No complaints.

We recently became a member of Angie's list, so were not sure what to expect. The services provided was exactly, what was advertised we were very pleased. On the date of service my husband was there when they ECO Junk arrived. They were very professional, punctual, and pleasant. They moved everything more quicker than we anticipated. We would indeed recommend this company to anyone who would like to disgard unwanted items. It really took a load of my husband and I. Very professional. The junk pile was larger than I originally described. After a very polite discussion, I gladly agreed to pay a small amount extra ($70) to have the pile plus two file cabinets removed.

Prior to their arrival I had cut the items (all large pieces of aluminum outdoor furniture) into smaller / manageable pieces. Then piled them into a central location for the service to remove. The biggest issue was a glass table top that needed to go, which I couldn't get to the dump unless I broke it. I received a message and multiple call to inform me when they were arriving and leaving, as well as precisely what I wanted done. They did an excellent job overall. I'd use them again.

They were fantastic! I make the purchase on Angies, and within a couple hours I noticed a professionally written email to me, noting a wide range of dates and times they could available, within a matter of a day or two. I chose two dates, and Eco arrived the earliest date (I told them I was eager to get the junk hauled soon) first thing in the morning. I was so pleased they worked on weekend mornings as early as they do-they appeared to be a motivated company. They and their truck was clean, professionally designed. The amount of junk they hauled away was good for the price. I will definitely call them again to give them my business.

Everything went wonderful. They are very punctual, helpful, and works within your schedule. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

These guys were great!!! They not only came on time but were early. They removed a difficult sofa and did not dent or bang up my house like other companies have. Not only were they wonderful but half the price of their competition. I would use them again and would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I was extremely pleased. Jeff, the owner, was very professional. The crew swoed up right on time and was very neat. Jeff even asked if they should remove their shoes. They had to carry the stuff up a narrow stairway and did the job well. I would ceryainly use them again if the need arises.

Called on a holiday weekend and Jeff called back promptly. Quoted price and then followed up. I asked if he could match or beat the price of another hauler who was not able to come as quickly. Thanks to Angie's List coupon, his own decision and an opening in his schedule, he did! Jeff arrived with two staff who I was introduced to. All were very friendly and professional. I even overheard them trying to find a way not to step on the newly planted grass (and I told them it was ok). Very pleasant and well coordinated. Would definitely hire them again.

I talked to Jeff on the phone, emailed him a picture of the shed to be removed, he promptly replied with an estimate. We scheduled a date for the service. They arrived on time, and less than 1/2 hour we able to load the shed intact on to their truck, avoiding the demolition that was initially planned. I will use them in the future for any hauling/removal needs.

Jeff responded immediately to my call this morning and came to the house within 1.5 hrs, gave an estimate that I accepted after reviewing everything to be done, and he and Ty completed the job right then and there and for the quoted cost. They were both professional, congenial, and very customer-service oriented -- extremely upbeat -- making the whole process a very positive experience. They work hard, efficiently, and fast and had to make many trips up a slope from my backyard. I couldn't be more delighted with their work and approach. Jeff even fixed a small hand truck that I had planned to discard because I couldn't get it to work! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when I clean out my garage and basement. Equally important to me is the fact that they recycle as much as possible and give 3% of every job to a charity. Terrific company!

I called to get an estimate and they were able to send a team over the same day. They arrived at the time promised and with an estimate that meet my budget, I was able to get the items removed at that time. They completed the task efficiently and to my satisfaction.

I purchased a deal through a local website for junk removal so this was my first time using Eco City Junk. I emailed Jeff and the same day Jeff responded and we set up an appointment for the following day for him to come out and collect the items. He arrived precisely at 9am when he said he would and was gone 15 minutes later with all the items I asked to remove. My yard looks much better now, thank you Jeff!

Jeff contacted me within minutes of my having posted my job on the servicemagic homeadvisor web site. I described my job and emailed him a photo of the grill and it's stucco base. He quickly emailed me back a quote and said he could do the work the next day. I received two other quotes in the next hour or so. One was twice as much and one was the same as Jeff's. I emailed Jeff to accept his quote and we scheduled the work at 9:30 the next morning. At about 9:10 AM the next day he called me to explain why he was running about 15 minutes late. He arrived right at 9:45 in a clean nicely painted truck with two helpers. I showed him the grill and before starting the job, he confirmed the price he had emailed to me. They demolished and removed the grill and finished the job in about 45 minutes and cleaned up the patio such that there was no sign of any work having been done. In addition, they took an additional item that I wanted to get rid of. I feel the price was reasonable and I am pleased with all aspects of the work done.
