Eco City Junk

Did a great job cleaning out my basement. They were super careful and clean and took steps to protect my walls and floors. Highly recomend ECO City to all.

Did exactly as they advertised and promised; I will be using them AGAIN.

There was a slight snag in communication about what time they were to arrive (he specified a window for arrival, but I thought he was giving a start and end time for the appointment), but that was quickly sorted out with a phone call. Their service was very professional and friendly. They even took away some extra junk because of our earlier snafu. We had to leave the house, but they sent us a photo of the junk in the truck after they were done. Was very pleased and would use them again.

The service turned out great. They came the same day that I called them, they came over and looked at it, and they took it away. They were originally planning to come and look at it, and give me an estimate, but they came and took it away. We had a big windstorm, and the shed was twisted up, and the metals walls were twisted. It was lying in my neighbor's yard, and I was anxious to get it away. They took it all away, and the wooden planks that we had. We had a big cinder block that was sitting there, and I didn't see the need for it. They said they charge by the quarter truck full, and so I paid extra 100 Dollars as it was half truck full. They did it all quickly, and efficiently. I was pleased. They were a little pricey, and I have seen other companies prices, and they are expensive. He came the same day that our furnace people were around, and he worked around it. He had to take it apart in order to fit it in their truck, and so that was extra work that they had to do. If I had a major hauling job, I would use them.

I actually used this service on 3-different occasions, at 2-different locations. They were always on time, very polite and professional providing me with estimates and advice on how to handle items for removal. The staff was very fast and efficient in the removal process taking care not to damage anything. I would highly recommend this service for small to medium size jobs and would gladly use them again in the future. I also like the fact that they donate some of their proceeds to a charity selected by the customer.

On Feb 19th, I received an email from Jeff Zweig from Eco City Junk to discuss details of the furniture removal job. Jeff was professional and thoroughly discussed what they actually do with the items they remove.On a very cold Feb 25th, the gentlemen arrived on time and ready to work! Jeff introduced the additional workers and made note of the items they were removing. They proceeded to put booties over their shoes so they wouldn't soil the carpet and floors from going in and out of the door. One of the guys lifted an 85 inch sofa on his shoulders and carried it out the door to my amazement!! Wow!! These guys had all the items removed and placed on the truck in 45 minutes. I was astonished at how professional, fast and prompt these gentlemen worked. I will refer these guys to everyone that needs junk or furniture removed!

It went very well. I bought a deal on angie's list and received follow-up right away and advised I would call once I was all set. When I phoned Jeff back he was very good at explaining how pricing goes and making sure to manage expectations so there were no surprises. He arrived right on time and called earlier in the week to reconfirm. He had two guys with him and they set right to work to get things moving. Jeff has a system for how he works and this made things move quickly. The two guys he brought with him were very polite. The one was also very good at assessing how to get large items out of small places (assessing how to move them out even though it looked like it would be to tight to fit through openings and had a real can do spirit and the younger gentleman was extremely courteous. I was very happy with the service and do recommend them.

ECO moved a truckload of material from our home. they performed this task in an efficient and orderly fashion. they arrived at the agreed upon time, and were finished in one and one half hours. the items that were moved came from two floors, including some magazines. etc. that were hard to access. the owner, his father and a helper were very friendly and professional. i will be using their services again soon.

It went very well. They were good, very professional, and really easy to work with. I would just point to the stuff and they would get it. When they left, the truck was totally filled to the top. They were really gentlemen. There’s probably more that I could have them back for and I’ll do that as it gets towards the spring a little more. I might have spent a little more but I know it wasn’t much over what the deal was. The price was close to what was quoted and I was just shocked that they took what they did because I just had a lot of stuff and big items. The tractor was really hard to maneuver. They really did an excellent job. I thought that the amount of money they had charged was very reasonable. The guys were clean, neat, and nice. I called them and we coordinated the dates. They came out on the date and time that was set. They were here from 9 in the morning until 12 noon. I was amazed at what they got done in half a day.

The service was great. They scheduled the service for the day after I purchased the Big Deal. They showed up on time and even though it was raining removed all the debris. For the price they were outstanding.

They were careful about moving things out and were very polite and accommodating.

Excellent removal of all items! Loved the fact that some items are donated to those in need in our community. Will definitely use this vendor two to three times yearly.

I had a pile to go to Charity & a pile to go to the dump. They showed up right on time. Knew the Charity I use & was willing to drop my donations there.(no addt'l charge.) Took extra heavy red bricks. Overall I was very happy w/everything & told them I would definitely recommend them. Sorry it has taken me so long to write this up.

Eveything went very well. They were very careful in removing our furniture. We were very pleased with the service.

It worked out great! They were great. There was an additional cost beyond the big deal amount. The total cost was $200.

Jeff called the same day I bought the Angie's List deal to arrange a date and time to come to my home and remove some old items. He was very polite and helpful on the phone. Jeff and Ron showed up at my home on time and removed all items we had discussed, plus a few more pieces. They were both very courteous and professional and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. When I'm ready to have some more junk removed they will be my first call.
