They were quick to schedule and were right on time. I pointed out the items that I needed hauled away (mostly household items) and they removed the items from where I pointed them out and took them to the truck. They were very nice and professional. I would indeed use them again.

Excellent! Jeff and James were on time, polite, professional, very well organized, and considerate. We had a lot more stuff than planned, and Jeff was able to take all of it without breaking the bank. It took around an hour and a half for everything, as we had stuff upstairs and downstairs, and filled 3/4 of the truck. We STRONGLY recommend this company. Please use them!

Everything went extremely well. Jeff (the owner) contacted my through Angies List and we set up the pickup date. He arrived early but phoned me from the street and said they were happy to wait until our appointment time. I was ready early myself, so this worked out great. I showed them were the junk was piled, and they quickly took in all down and out to their truck in just a few minutes. Jeff and his colleague were very personable and professional throughout the whole process.

I had a grarage full of stuff including furniture and some heavy boxes. The guys came were very flexible and helpful. They donated the items they took and mailed me the receipt! Great guys to work with. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

I did my research first on Angie's List and came up with a list of possible companies to haul away various things in my house and yard that I no longer wanted. I called EcoCity Junk and explained my needs. Jeff answered right away and gave me a good price that included a discount for Angie's List members. We agreed on a date and time for him to come get my stuff. On the appointed date, he and his assistant, James, arrived a few minutes early, which was perfect in my book! I am an early bird and appreciate getting things done sooner rather than later. Jeff and James quickly but carefully removed all of the pieces we had talked about. The whole transaction took just 15-20 minutes. I love that it was so fast and easy! The most difficult piece was probably the peg board. It is tall and thin and very wobbly, and I could never manage to get it up my basement stairs to get rid of it. Although my stairwells are lined with many framed photos and artwork, there are two landings and therefore two tight bends, and the peg board was an awkward size and shape to fit through this space, Jeff and James took care not to let it hit the walls or any framed pieces. What a relief to get that thing out of my house! Jeff and James were both very pleasant and professional, and I will certainly call them again if the need arises. Thank you!

They carried out a lot of stuff with no exit through basement. The owner, Jeff, is really good. He was on top of everything. He was very friendly. Some of the stuff they took they donated it and gave me receipts for it. There was two guys that came out, the owner, and a very strong guy. It took about two hours.

They arrived exactly on time. Despite the fact I have lots more they could take (and make more money), I did not want that done now. They took the 1/4 truck of junk I had already paid for & were gone in about 10 minutes. Perfect service.

It went great! They were efficient and didn't take long. After they got everything out, we needed a couple pieces of furniture moved up/down stairs, so they did that for us before they left. Very nice, friendly, price quoted was the actual price we ended up paying, will definitely call them again. Not much else to say - no complaints - all good!

Jeff and his assistant were absolutely great. They were very straightforward with the pricing, and I love how they donate a portion to charity. They probably didn't expect it to be as much work when they arrived, but they didn't complain or seem upset about having to load more than they originally thought. My better half kept adding stuff for them to haul away, and they took it all in stride. These guys are pros. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

The owner, Jeff, called quickly and I said I needed some time to get my junk organized. He said to call when I was ready. When I called to schedule I asked for an early appointment so I could go in to work late. Jeff offered to come on a Saturday which really surprised me. Jeff and his associate arrived 2 minutes early and after looking at the full shed of junk told me it was more than the 1/4 truck in the offer. He offered to tell me when it was reached and said each additional 1/4 truck was $100. I said to take it all. He and his associate finished in an hour and even sweeped out the shed when done. They were prompt, polite and professional. After I paid Jeff said a portion of all their proceeds go to charity and showed me a list of 5 local charities from which to choose. I would absolutely recommend them. They had to take everything from the backyard, around the side of the house and out the gate to the driveway.
