Description of Work: We waited several months to take advantage of our big deal as we prepared to move. Jeff contacted us when we first purchased the deal and got back to us right away when we were ready to schedule. He called and apologized for a half hour delay, not a problem for us. The deal was for a quarter truck load for $99. He offered additional quarters for $100. We had everything labeled and stacked in the basement and Jeff gave us an estimate for the total which was revised down after they loaded the truck. They were careful and efficient. I would definitely use them again, but probably would shop around first to get estimates if I didn't have an Angie's List Big Deal!

Description of Work: Answers the phone personally, responds enthusiastically, immediately works to come up with an agreeable time to come for an estimate, explains that if all issues are agreeable he will do the job immediately, at the same time as the estimating visit. Clearly describes the capability of the team, the pricing and time frame. Includes his team member in thinking through the work. Works hard. Does the removal then comes with an itemized receipt, options for payment and describes the eco part of the name- re-use through donation of all re-usable items collected, lets you select top choice charitable organization from a list, provides receipt and info re: tax status r/t the donation. Pricing was better than other hauling companies I've worked with, job was done better and more quickly and more cheerfully. Hired him back when I was ready with the next load.
