I have been a customer for 3-4 years and have been satisfied with the service. This review is about the way the manager treated me over the phone this morning. When I asked questions concerning a previous technician and his reply was not answering me correctly, i made a comment that he as a manager should know where all of his technicians work. In response he became aggressive and decided to cancel my service. This is not the way customers should be treated. Peter K.

I lawn is looking better. I was hoping it would take care of the wild violets in the yard but apparently they are hard to get rid of.

After one year of service, lawn condition is visibly better than past year. Kevin (our guy) usually come out early in the morning, and leave note after each visit. Mike, who answers our email questions, is responsive.

We've had them for years. They do a decent job. They come in and they do the work. We never see them.

I have been using them for 5 years now. They have done all the prevention of bugs and weeds. They have done a number of treatments to the lawn for us too. They also have done maintenance and aeration too. They are reliable and provide a good service.

The guys came out about 8 times (which is what I paid for). The only problem I had was a quarter of my lawn was full of weeds. I watched one day and saw the reason...one circle was made in my front lawn with the spreader and two circles in my backyard. Most of my front lawn was not treated. I assumed he was "refilling" or something but when I saw him get in the truck and pull away, I couldn't catch him in time to talk to him. When I called, I was told I would recieve a call from the person who serviced my lawn, but that never happened. The guy on the phone didn't seem to care that I saw the guy skip half my lawn! Price was good, but you get what you pay for. Another time I did see a different guy do a great job and took his time to get the entire lawn covered. Inconsistency which led to poor results which is why I cancelled.

. They do a decent job. They don't push other extra services in order to increase their income. We have had other lawn services in the past who burned out and destroyed the lawn. That was defeating the purpose of having them. Their technicians are quiet. They just do what they need to do and leave their bill in the mail box. So I don't interact with them. I would continue to use them in the future.

They come exactly when they are supposed too and they keep up with our lawn every year so it looks its very best every time they leave. The workers are very polite and they have never tried to over charge me, ever.

I've recommended them to five others, and they're all happy with the service. They're very reliable, and I feel comfortable having their workers in my yard. If you pay in advance, they'll give you a discount.

THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE GREAT AND WE HAVE NOTICED A DIFFERENCE IN HOW OUR LAWN LOOKS. THEIR AERATION WORKED WONDERS, AS GRASS BEGAN TO GROW IN PATCHES THAT HAD BEEN BARE FOR MONTHS.

THIS COMPANY IS ALRIGHT BUT NOT THE BEST. MY LAWN IS BROWN, HAS SPOTS AND WEEDS IN THE LAWN. THE PRICE IS EXCELLENT AND REASONABLE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT.

THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THE WORK STANDARDS ARE WONDERFUL. THE LAWN IS BEAUTIFUL AND BRIGHT GREEN. PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE. THE WORKERS ARE VERY PROMPT.
