Mr. Diaz was great to work with - he and his crew repainted the entire interior of our home and installed all new wood flooring throughout. His attention to detail was much appreciated - they painted the interiors of the closets and did a very thorough job throughout our new home. We love our new hardwood flooring - he did a great job of matching the finish of the engineered hardwood on the lower level with the hardwood flooring on the upper levels. They left the home spotless after all the work was done! We would hire again.

Mr. Diaz was not the lowest price quote we received, but he had great reviews and was very responsive. We found this carried on throughout the project. Unlike some other experiences we've had, he always came when he said he would. He was able to start almost immediately. Sometimes he shifted his schedule to respond to the weather and projects that were indoors or out, but he always let us know. The work was done quickly and the quality is very good. All of his crew were friendly and professional. He also saved us some money as we were about to order granite counters from the big orange box store and he was able to get a look we liked for considerably less and faster. He could have done the same for our cabinets, too, but we didn't have time to add that to the project. On top of all that, he guarantees his work for 2 years.

They completed all of the work in a timely manner. I needed this done quickly, in order to put the house on he market.

Mr. Diaz and his crew did a beautiful job painting our new home, both the interior and exterior, as well as the interior of our old apartment.The prior condition of the exterior paint was very rough, and took a lot of preparation before they could paint. The crews were friendly, professional and conscientious about their work. They were punctual, showed up and worked consistently until the job was done. When we wanted to use a special finish on our floors, he found the people who could do it and made the arrangements, keeping costs very reasonable and competitive with other estimates. The end results look fabulous. Highly recommended.

I called Mr. Diaz for these small jobs because he did such a wonderful job tearing out our carpeting and putting in a wood flooring and painting 5 rooms. I wasn't sure if he would want to do such smaller jobs but he and his crew came, got right to work and finished these jobs in a day. As before he gave me a written estimate before doing the work and that is the price I paid--no upcharges. The work was professionally done, the rails were painted to match, and everything was cleaned up before they left just like the previous work they did for us. I highly recommend Diaz Painting and Remodeling!

Professional and outstanding quality of work. He's repaired various items in my home, painted, installed windows, even helped me move at a moment's notice because I was his client and needed a hand asap. Diaz is very responsive and flexible when it comes to prices. Above all, the quality of his work has been outstanding. He pays attention to details and makes sure to work with you within your budget. He lays out the options and everyone is on the same page. No surprises...except quality of work ends up being better than you might have expected. And it's performed faster than one might expect.

Great job at a reasonable price. Overall, very pleased. The only thing that I was slightly annoyed about was that the schedule was changed at the last minute so that they could complete another customer's outside job before it rained. I understand, but it caused me to reschedule on my end. Other than that - all good!

Diaz and his employees were neat, punctual, friendly, hard-working. The house looks great!!! The first day them came and smoothed out the old gray paint. They came back the next day and did 2 coats of the paint that I requested plus all the shutters. I'm so happy.

The worker came on time, the quality of the work done was excellent. They replaced the light fixtures, painted the room, added trim, and replaced the closet doors.

Mr. Diaz and his crew were very respectful, professional and punctual. Mr. Diaz made reasonable suggestions like painting the kitchen cabinets and adding new hardware which made them look brand new. Every cabinet door was removed, sanded, primed and painted several coats. The painting was very professional--holes were patched and sanded, walls primed and painted and the crew cleaned up each day. The walls and the floors look great and exceed our expectations. When I first called Mr. Diaz he came the next day and measured and emailed me an estimate which was very reasonable. Whenever we discussed an addition he sent a new email with the adjusted price so the final payment was exactly what he had told us without any surprises. I whole heartedly recommend Diaz Painting for painting as well as flooring.

With regards to the bathroom renovation, I literally showed him a picture of my fantasy bathroom (taken from my cousin's basement bathroom), and even though I lacked the ability to accurately describe it, they still were able to reproduced my dream amazingly! As for the basement kitchen, my intentions were much less well formed, but they worked with me to create what I think was the best outcome possible. really, my words can't do their work justice, so please check out the pictures of before and after.

Mr. Diaz responded quickly to my request for a quote with an excellent price, and as promised the job was done within the expected time frame. His employees were here every day at 8 am in the dot, they cleaned up each night, and the work is just terrific. Mr. Diaz himself offered some suggestions regarding trim vs ceiling vs wall color, and I am glad I took his advice. I will be calling him for future work. Highly recommended for price, quality of work, professionalism, and time.
