+ -1 moreGreat - they were prompt, did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. After the first experience I began to use them regularly for cleaning.
Description of Work: I contacted this company to clean my house in December of 2007. The house is @ 3500 sq ft and needed extra attention due to a variety of work that had been done recently in the house.

+ -1 moreI had had a great company who was cleaning my home for years. The company was sold and the work provided had become dismal. In my search to replace the cleaning crew that I had become so disappointed in, I called this company based on Angie's list. I requested an estimate to be done and was given a date and time immediately. I had a death in my family and had to call back and change the date and time of the estimate. They were very accommodating. They did the estimate the following Tuesday evening. My sister was here and she asked if they could clean the house that Friday, they said they could do it Saturday. I had a large crowd of guests coming to my home on Sunday. Even though I felt the estimate was high, I was grateful to have them accommodate my desperate need so nicely. They did break a glass top to a nightstand, but, they did advise me immediately and apologized for doing so. They were also very pleasant to deal with even though they did not speak much English.
Description of Work: Two individuals provided general cleaning throughout the majority of our large home. 1 kitchen, 3 Bathrooms, 4 large bedrooms, 3 stairways, living room, dining room, sunroom, foyer, and playroom. Most of the cleaning was thorough and they were conscientious to do a good job.

+ 0 moreHIGHLY MOTIVATED TEAM OF CLEANERS. THEY TAKE A LARGE AMOUNT OF PRIDE IN DOING THEIR JOB WELL. ENGLISH IS A SECOND LANGUAGE, BUT COMMUNICATION WAS NOT A PROBLEM.
Description of Work: TOP TWO FLOORS WERE THOROUGHLY CLEANED; INCLUDING WINDOWS, CEILING FANS & BASEBOARDS.
