Description of Work: The heater stopped working, they checked the connections, noticed a water leak b/c of incorrect installation and repaired it. The repairmen was courteous and knowledgeable. He fought through heavy snow to come to repair the heater after learning we had a newborn in the house. Thank you!!!

Description of Work: I had Cool Breeze perform a seasonal system check and install a Nest Thermostat. After the visit, I went on vacation and upon my return noticed that water was collecting in the tray and the pipes were freezing. The technician spent approximately 2.5 hours trying to identify the problem and decided the new thermostat was not communicating with the system so he reinstalled the original thermostat.

Description of Work: The tech came as promised. I attribute my poor experience to the company and not to the individual who came to my house. There was no 20-pt AC check as advertised; he would only look at the problem I identified (fan never stopped). I was told the Board needed replacing, but he recommended replacing the entire furnace. They were supposed to get me estimates for both options the next day. A week later, I have heard nothing in spite of my calling to ask for the estimates. I received no value for the $49, and now have to find another company; additional cost and lost time.

Description of Work: Conducted 20 point AC inspection. Repaired clogged condenser drain line, installed new drain line p-trap. Added freon.

Description of Work: Dear Sir: I am writing you for refund due to said service is not provided. I don't think the company has proper management to schedule a customer service because whatever reasons. I had been promised at least twice that they come over for the service, but never delivered. I called each time to confirm them and been told someone would be there around 10:00 am, but never showed up. I called it again, said someone should be there 12:30. But still didn't show up. Called again, said sorry, we can't make it today, and have to make another time. At another time, did same thing... I don't think it should be difficult for them to give customer a call to tell them if they can/can't make it roughly in certain period of time, and that can avoid wasting each other's time. It's also understandable and acceptable if it's just temporary managerial mess. But, such service should be kicked out from Angie's list if it continues to do that, it will mislead many other customers. That will be also put bad influence on AL at meantime. It is my suggestion. Description of Work: Tune up AC, changed filter, checked/cleaned coil, added 3 pounds antifreeze.

Description of Work: Tech came out and was very helpful in getting my first outdoor unit running again. He needed to replace a fuse. On the second unit that cooled our upstairs he suggested a $480 fix which turned out to not be needed. He was friendly and helpful throughout, but when I got the original HVAC team that installed the unit over to my house they showed me the simple and cheap fix to the issue. Neither of my units had refrigerant in them b/c they were installed in the cold of winter. My tech wasn't trying to deceive me but he was not familiar with the installation of the product I had. The tech also did not offer to fill up the refrigerant. The $49 service check does not provide this, but filling it up for an additional price should have been suggested. They were very prompt on showing up. I emailed the company about this complaint and never heard back from them. Just wanted to give my honest feedback on this experience.
