Description of Work: I had a great experience from this company. Ron the owner had great customer service skills and worked around my schedule. My first contact with the company was with Tamara who was polite and explained everything about the service I was to receive. The installers were Henry and Rene both very nice gentlemen who again explained everything and had great customer service skills and empathy for my situation. They cleaned up and were prompt. Description of Work: I'm giving Cool Breeze an A- for my last job, which involved installing a kitchen sprayer and hose. The initial installation leaked, and it took some time to get the plumber back to reinstall the hose so that it would not leak. The leak was likely related to the quality of the hose fixtures - it featured one of those snap-on hose attachments, and we ended up bypassing the snap-on part and directly connecting the hose to the faucet. The plumber who came both times was no-nonsense and efficient.

Description of Work: The technician was thorough and took the time to walk me through the system, explaining potential concerns and things to expect over the next few years. He was a little late because his previous call had been more involved than expected, but I'd rather have someone who is willing to do what is needed than someone who insists on leaving when the scheduled visit is up. No complaints.

Description of Work: Technician was late but informed ahead of time. The compressor needed a new capacitor. Tech had this available and replaced it for a charge that was comparable to industry charge rates. Tech also took time to evaluate system completely.

Description of Work: Tried to schedule a diagnostic check based on the $49 Diagnostic Service Check deal. Provider said that, because our A/C unit was on our roof, it was a "two-man job," with the second person there simply to hold the ladder. This increased the diagnostic service call price by $70. I volunteered to hold the ladder myself but was refused. I then called another highly-rated company and this wasn't an issue.

Cleaned filters and gave info on replacement of large filters to the unit, and recommended frequency. |The experience was positive and the person dispatched to work with me was timely, pleasant and professional.
