We received excellent service from Cool Breeze and will call the company again for work in the future. After our initial call, Cool Breeze was able to schedule us immediately to diagnose the problem with our Navien tankless hot water heater that provides hot water for our faucets, appliances, and whole-house heating unit. We had to wait several days for a technician to return, while a part was ordered and shipped to the Cool Breeze office. The office scheduled the repair the day after receiving the part. Ronan, the technician who completed the repair, was efficient and thorough. We are grateful to Cool Breeze for helping us restore hot water to our home and are happy we found a company we can trust to replace our previous HVAC provider who transitioned to working solely with commercial clients.

I have been using the company for last couple of years. One winter my heater stopped working. Thankfully a minor issue. It happened on a Sunday and they were able to send a technician same day. I use them for regular maintenance and had a good experience.

Very Well ... Very well! I was expecting that my current A/C Unit would have to be replaced. The tech spent a significant amount of time reviewing/performing diagnostics on the the currently installed unit and he was able to return the unit into a working state. Possibly even better than the original install.

Cool Breeze was very responsive to my initial inquiry about maintenance services. They were able to come out within 1 week. They were efficient and competent in their service. Unfortunately, the amount of repairs and age of our system meant that we needed a new HVAC system. Cool Breeze was able to explain the issues simply and effectively. They were able to install a new system for us 1 week later, even coordinating a crane to lift the new unit up to our condo. I felt comfortable that they were providing us with real recommendations, not trying to up-sell us. They communicated quickly and effectively via email and telephone. They left their work area clean and tidy. I would absolutely use them again for any HVAC needs.

The old system was about 20 years old and the crew removed it and installed a new Bryant system. The work was well done and attention to detail was great. It took several hours but they were finished by the end of the day, tested everything, and instructed me about the settings and adjustments. It is working perfectly thus far.

The job went very well. The new Navien unit is installed in a new/better location. This was a somewhat complicated project. And, it took some extra effort to Do It Right. The old Noritz worked great for 16 years, in a less than conducive environment (outdoor shed). I had the option of saving $1000 - $2000 by swapping in a new Noritz unit. Almost did so. The new Navien unit is more efficient (Energy Star), and in a more protected location. Ronen knows his stuff, and has a great team behind him. I highly recommend Cool Breeze.

This by far has been THE BEST experience that I've ever had using any services by any company.. Spoke with Ron ( the owner ) I told him that my hot water heater which I had replaced just 1 yr prior had gone bad and was leaking and that I had no water. He told me that he could have it replaced within a couple of days..( this happened at the start of a holiday weekend so waiting a couple of days seemed fair ) the best part was that he even helped me get the broken hot water heater covered under the manufacturer warranty even though I didn't purchase the old unit from them and the fact that they don't even sell the brand that went bad.. How many companies would even go that far as part of customer service... !!! They showed up exactly when they said they would and the process was seemless... My hats off to you Ron !!!! you went above and beyond my friend !!!! customer for life

Cool Breeze saved me thousands! Our tankless hot water heating was leaking and our previous plumber said it would have to be replaced to the tune of $4,000. We called Cool Breeze for a second opinion and they came out that very day and repaired the unit for less than $400. This was months ago and our tankless is still working just fine. Plus, on top of being so incredibly quick, polite, punctual and fair, Cool Breeze also helped us renew our warranty with the hot water heater company. I could not recommend Cool Breeze more highly and I will use them for all my plumbing and A/C needs in the future.

Ronen was great. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do before he did it, and even answered questions I had about things unrelated to my tankless water heater. He cleaned up after himself before he left and was very respectful of my home. His price to descale my tankless water heater was $50 less than an Angie's List competitor I called, so his prices are competitive. I would absolutely hire him again.

Cool Breeze did a great job, Very responsive, from the receptionist that answered my call to the service provided. Took a couple trips as the part was not available, but the service was upfront and gave an honest assessment of my issue and how to resolve it.
