This all happened in their busiest time of the year. As a result, their crew was overbooked and showed up very late to the appointment. However, they rectified the situation by giving us a discount on the work that was needed on our A/C system. So it was an understandable problem, and they resolved it in a way I am entirely satisfied with as their customer. Their work was outstanding. The inspection was thorough and their explanation left me with a much better understanding of the A/C and forced-air system in our new home. The installation of the leak-prevention system gave me tremendous peace of mind, knowing the air handler was sitting in our attic. We've since gone with Cool Breeze every year for our A/C inspection/tune-up and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

They showed up on time and did the inspection in some pretty hot/humid weather. We'll definitely go with them again this year!

For sure the company was very responsive and followed up, the technician was great, found problem with the system and I called to ask questions which he answered very patiently. The only negative experience. Their Master HVAC person called me to explain the problem with the system and I found him to have a bit of a patronizing and condenscending attitude. I have a strong mind and ask lot of questions, I dont just go with what I am told, I questions things that I am told prior to making a decision. I guess it did not sit very well with him. Other than that, they seem to be a very knowledgeable company. Those are the reasons for my B, otherwise it would have been A.

I turned to Cool Breeze after receiving an estimate from another company that struck me as being way too high. I contacted Cool Breeze and they were at my house to provide a quote -- it came in at nearly half the cost of the other company. After I accepted the estimate, they were at my house all day to replace my boiler and water heater. As best as I can tell, they've done a flawless job. Professional, courteous, and affordable, I couldn't recommend them more strongly.

I paid more the big deal price of $49 because they also installed a new thermostat. They were professional and thorough. One guy came out for the service. I would use them again in future.

I called for an appointment on Thursday. They fit me into an already busy schedule for the next day. Compared to the other companies I called that were more well known. Awesome customer service! Second the price for the service call was good. Better than any others I had called. Then while out for the repair they ended up fixing it in little time and the technician was extremely professional.

The technician, Rene, was very complete with his review of the systems (I have two zones) and he diagnosed several problems that where existing in the units. He showed me what had already gone wrong and what was about to go wrong and after doing my research on the internet I discovered that his analysis prevented my upper zone unit from needing to be replaced. The staff at Coolbreeze was very courteous. They scheduled a time around my busy schedule and called me 30 minutes before arriving so that I could time my arrival accordingly. They told me about the price before they did the work and performed the job in a professional manner.

I am not sure why this provider has such high ratings. This provider originally promised to arrive at the property earlier in the week. They asked for flexibility on my part, and so I agreed to reschedule to later in the week. The service was scheduled for between 2pm and 4pm. At 2:25pm, the service provider called to say that the technician would not make it by 4pm (I'm not sure why the dispatcher did not call me earlier in the day - so as to save me a trip to the property). At 4pm, the dispatcher stated that they have no idea when the technician would arrive at the property. Throughout this entire time, the dispatcher's only comment was "I'm sorry" (The dispatcher seem to be clueless and had no consideration for wasting a customer's time). "I'm sorry" does not fix anything. And there was no attempt to rectify the situation on their part. I own six rental properties and my time is very valuable. And so I would highly advise avoiding this provider, if you value your time. Note that I am writing this review on the night that it happened. (If there was a way that I could communicate to anyone would wanted to speak to me personally about using this service provider, I would gladly be open to it).

Very reasonable. It went excellent. Fast and efficient. Clean. They also repaired my gas fireplace even though that wasn't their specialty.

Excellent service. Went above and beyond, helping us troubleshoot and fix several small problems that we were having with our furnace. Very pleased.

The provider showed up to diagnose 3 water source wall units that were not working properly. The technician left stating that he could fix 1 unit but the other 2 needed some parts to be replaced. We were supposed to get the estimates within 2-3 business days. The next day the unit that was supposedly fixed stopped heating again. After 1 week, we had no estimates and we started to call them every single day for about 7-8 straight business days; every time we called, the customer service ladies were telling us that we should be receiving a phone call during the day; that never happened. This was in early December and our policies required us to get all the paper work and estimates before the end of the calendar year for budgeting purposes; I told this situation to the staff but 2015 ended and we got no estimates; we wasted our time with them and the opportunity to submit the paper work on time to financing in order to budget the repairs. We were considering them for a maintenance contract but it will never happen. If you have certain deadlines to meet, there are other options out there that could serve you much better.

Gas furnace stopped delivering heat. There was a flame, but nothing was coming out of the registers, so I assumed the fan was shot. Called the provider for a service call using an Angie's list coupon. The provider scheduled an appointment for the next business day. The technician determined that the fan was probably OK but a capacitor was shot. He quickly installed the capacitor and the problem was fixed.

The did a great job. Very Happy with them.

Outstanding!! The owner did the old unit evaluation himself and offered a price that was $1,000 lower than an estimate given by a larger local company. The technicians who installed the unit were punctual, clean and professional. They got the work done in the time they estimated in very inclement weather. They all did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them for any HVAC need.

They did a good job of inspecting myAC unit and diagnosing the problem; and replaced my freezer liquid.

Great they were prompt and I got a great price. The worked around my schedule. Technician Henri was very knowledgably.

I didn't like it. We had the day and time scheduled, and the guy showed up 15 minutes early. He was a professional but, he wasn't very professional. He came with his boots on but, didn't put on boot coverings. He walked around the house like that. He said that the coolant was low and he could charge the $35 to put the coolant in and that was going to be $200. He wanted to charge us more and more. It was terrible service. He didn't do anything, he just checked the coolant, and that's it. It was the $59 for the big deal and the capacitor was leaking. He charged us $110 for the capacitor, I looked it up on Amazon and it was only $10. These guys were very dishonest and it cost way to much. They tried to sell me things that I did not need. I didn't like it. They kept telling me that I needed more coolant.

These guys are awesome. There was a misunderstanding about the appointment time and they more then made up for it. The serviceman was professional, personable and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend them.

The scheduling was prompt. The tech came out and performed the work professionally. We were told that our furnace was very old and on it's last legs. Having just moved into this new house, it was unfortunate to hear but we were interested in replacing it. The tech told us he would come back to us with options and estimates for a new unit. It has been two weeks and we have not heard back. We have reached out for the estimate during this time and were told by Tamara that she would reach out to her supervisor. We have yet to hear anything back, though at this point it would be useless. We are disappointed with the lack of professionalism concerning follow-up, especially after they noted our furnace would soon no longer function well.
