Prunctual and professional. Noted that the motor was louder than it should be, but told me that it seemed okay otherwise and he wouldn't advise further work unless it actually stopped functioning.

The technician was late, but I received two calls from the company and one from the technician with an estimated time of arrival. The technician then performed his work and explained everything to me in detail, giving me tips on what to look out for and what future repairs may cost.

The technician, Rodolfo, was super professional, and very helpful. We were able to make a determination that my HVAC unit while older didn't appear to be leaking. The only reason I'm giving them a B for responsiveness was that Rodolfo took down the information about my current HVAC units to follow up with me on newer models that I could purchase/install, and the follow up never occurred. Having said that, I'd definitely use them again.

The technician came and inspected my furnace. He told me that I needed a new circuit board and that it could cost from $300 to $600. He said he had called his office was waiting to hear back on the exact price. After about 20 minutes, I told him to email me the price because I had to leave for an appointment. When I didn't hear back, I called the next morning to inquire about the cost of the circuit board. I was put on hold for a few minutes, after which the guy who answered the phone said he would look into it and call me "right back." I waited a couple of hours and called again, Again, I was put on hold, then told that someone would call me right back. No one ever called. I contacted Angies List on or about November 1 and explained the situation. The customer service representative emailed a list of contractors to get an estimate for the circuit board. On or about November 2, I called Sledge Total Protection and explained the situation. Sledge advised that they would have to make their own diagnosis before agreeing to provide a service. A Sledge technician came to my house today (11/7) and determined that a wire had been disconnected in my furnace and that I did not need a circuit board. Sledge agreed to charge me the amount I paid for the Coolbreeze voucher with the understanding that I would seek a refund for the voucher I purchased for the Coolbreeze voucher.

Great work - they fabricated ductwork as necessary and fitted it nicely to the house no up charges beyond the original estimate. It has been two years now and it works perfectly.

We've used them for probably at least five years. During the course, we've had a hot water heater put in and all that stuff. It's a great company, it's a small company. The best thing is, excellent work and fair price.

It went well. They kept me informed of the parts and exactly told me when the part would come, and when the technician can come out and install it. The technician was pretty good and he warned about a few things without UP selling like all the other people. The price for installation was almost 40% less than some of the other companies. I highly recommend them and found them straight forward.

Customer service is excellent! I explained to them that my a/c wasn't working and I was having trouble with my HMS (home warranty) company fixing it. They came out twice off of the same voucher (no additional charge for 2nd visit), which really helped me out a lot with enabling the warranty company to do what they are supposed to do. Everyone I spoke to at Cool Breeze was extremely nice from the owner (Ron) to the phone schedulers. The tech that came out both times (Alex) is wonderful and had very good things to say about the company, which as we all know... when the employees are happy, the customers benefit.

They kept my home cool until the warranty claim was approved and them replaced the old system. Very happy with everything they did!

Service was great. The A/C was tuned up and an additional part was needed. He installed the new part and A/C is working fine.

It did not go. Someone came out to look at the unit and promised to get me a quote within the week. The quote did not come and thus began a multi month calling spree on my end to try and get the quote. Many times I was promised that they would get back to me and calls never came. The man who came to examine the site forgot he had even been here and asked me if I needed a new unit (I did not). It was incredibly frustrating and in the end I finally got my quote and it was quite expensive so I didn't use Cool Breeze to do my work.

Did not hire to do the work due to too high an estimate. However the owner Ron and the technician Rashad who came out were both responsive and professional. Rashad struck me as a dependable and customer-focused representative of Cool Breeze & left me feeling that had I actually hired Cool Breeze that I would likely have been a satisfied customer; Although no way to know for sure since in the end, I didn't hire. Will keep them in mind for future HVAC work, however.

The initial tech who diagnosed the problem was very agreeable and professional. I had 2 unit acting up, one wouldn't heat, the other wouldn't cool. Because I had previously had the heating unit diagnosed, he called in the work order without charging me for a second diagnostic which was nice. On the day of the repair, there was a little waiting around because the technicians came with the wrong part twice. The first time they said was the fault of the tech, the second they attributed to the parts warehouse. I wasn't charged for the delays, so it was only a mild inconvenience. With the right parts delivered, the work was speedy and both units now function well. The invoice didn't state the number of hours worked, just a list price for the sum of all the services performed. I requested an itemized version, but there was no response, hence the D on responsiveness and only C, overall.

It went well. I was not home when the job was getting done, but he listened to my instructions and followed them. He just forgot to write the date that he came in on the log, that's all. Other than that, he was punctual, professional and efficient.
