I would t hire them again. I had my annual ac and furnace service on a really hot day. When the tech arrived the temp in the house was comfortable, when he left it was 85 degrees inside. When I called to complain, the person I spoke with in the office wasn’t helpful. I requested someone come out and fix the ac, since it was working fine before the tech arrived. She said she would call her boss and get back to me within the hour… I didn’t hear from her again until two days later.

Service Tech did a great job of talking me through the inspection and made reasonable suggestions on replacements. Tech was knowledgeable, kind and respectful.

Chris was terrific. He not only serviced the mini split unit, but he noticed several problems with our other AC unit (low freon, unit tilting) and did those repairs too. This is an excellent company with top notch service technicians. Very impressed in my dealings with them.

Cool Breeze is absolutely GREAT! I used them in early June 2021 after a friend referred me to them. A very small amount of A/C was blowing through my air upstairs vents. Cool Breeze saved me thousands of dollars on avoiding a furnace replacement that had been recommended by another company. The tech, Alan, also gave me good advice on on-going maintenance. I will definitely use them again.

Tech was on time. Diagnosed issue and serviced the unit. Price was fair. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely recommend and use this firm again.

Compressor in my outside unit (condenser) failed and unit was 16 years old so time to replace. It wasn't urgent because still cold outside so I had time to get a number of quotes. I'm an engineer and did a lot of research. You can call the owner on his cell so that allowed me to ask lots of questions. I chose them and felt they went above and beyond. They want to do it right the first time so there are no issues later. The new inside coil was taller and instead of trying to force it to fit they had new duct work fabricated by a shop same day. They provided a new condensate pump, a special U trap that has an overflow sensor, vibration pads under the condenser, new electrical disconnect box, and vinyl covers to protect the insulation on the pipes outside. The flushed the lines and drew a vacuum way under 500 microns. Their installers were very experienced and didn't mind me 'hovering' and asking questions. They also had the most competitive price.

All went well. Crew did excellent install and left the work spaces clean.

Great work drill thru 6 inches of wood to route the bathroom exhaust to the outside. Cleaned up after the work was completed.

On February 15, 2020; our boiler went out. We ended up calling Coolbreeze plumbing and heating after CROPP METCALF wanted $4200.00 to fix our boiler. They made it look like everything was wrong to trick us into replacing the boiler. Coolbreeze Plumbing, HEATING, and Air Conditioning SAVED THE DAY and SAVED US FROM BEING RIPPED OFF! We ended up calling this company and everyone was professional. I met their service technician Chris and he was a man of great character who really knows boilers. Chris took the time to actually do a proper diagnosis. He opened the boiler properly and did a proper and sensitive assessment. He diagnosed the issue properly and repaired the boiler at a sensitive price. Chris showed me how the estimate from that OTHER COMPANY was wrong and everything Chris found and said was right! It took a few days to get the parts needed. Once the parts came in. Everything was running perfectly! If you need someone who is honest with integrity, this is the company I would recommend. This is a real service provider who cares about the people they service. They are always welcome on our property and are now a new vendor listed with our facility. I also enjoyed my phone conversations with Tashiqa (Sorry if the spelling is off; unintentional). She worked with me professionally and really cared along with Chris to make sure things were right. Chris has been working on boilers for a very long time and he is the perfect example of why people mattter. He is the type of gentleman you would want to have a beer with! Very helpful, responsive, and customer-friendly company. We had two furnaces inspected and we received a very competitive quote for replacement. We decided to wait until COVID-vaccinated before moving forward with the replacements but will likely be contacting Cool Breeze again when we are ready!

Technician explained well what he was doing and provided tips to prolong the useful life of the units.

Heat went out on a holiday weekend. I called Cool Breeze and was shocked that they could have a technician there in just hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right then. Price seemed reasonable, technician Chris was knowledgeable, very efficient and helped us stay contactless re: COVID, and had a receipt sent immediately. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Cool Breeze diagnosed the problem quickly, the motor died. They found the required motor fast! They went out of their way to pick up the part and install it prior to below freezing temperatures approaching that weekend. I have used Cool Breeze for many, many years and have referred them to friends and clients. Everyone I know who used them have been extremely satisfied :) I was referred to them more than 20 years ago.

It was an emergency and they did there best for coming ASAP. They did a great job, nice team and they left the place very clean.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for $59 to have my furnace inspected. The service technician came to my home within the scheduled time frame. He wore a mask and put on shoe covers before he began working. The technician checked the temperature supply and return; sequence of operation; and the capacitor for the blower motor. He used a meter to determine my existing capacitor was out of the rate 3.2 uf. The technician replaced the capacitor (cost of less than $10 on Amazon.com) with a new 10 uf capacitator and verified the rate of 10 uf my using his meter. The service technician advised me to change the furnace filter every 3 months rather than every 6 months. I was charged $75 for the new capacitor and labor. The invoice does not show how the $75 is broken down between material and labor. My total bill was $134.00. Overall, the technician appeared be competent and personable.

The job was complicated due to old plumbing and a crammed space. After working hard for over an hour, Ronen successfully installed the new sink, garbage disposal, and new plumbing. He was very competent and professional. I already recommended him to a neighbor.
