They arrived on time and replaced the outdoor hose faucet.

Easy to reach on the phone. Prompt and did not try to upsell us. Cleaned up after themselves and furnace has given us no trouble.

Went very well and tech was very efficient.

They are bad on getting it right, sometimes. Well its partly me and I am not familiar heat pumps. When I grew up there were no heat pumps. The biggest problem I have had is the filters. I have to replace this filter. The filter is toward the floor. Filter sizes have changed so they don't have odd sizes anymore. So you have to cut to shape it and check it every once in a while.

The technician was friendly and not only fixed the problem, but helped me understand how the system worked and also did some extra trouble-shooting. (I had installed a new thermostat before I called Cool Breeze in case that was the problem, and he double-checked my installation and tightened some key wires.) Very pleased with service and technician.

Great service from Cool Breeze. Pleasant office staff and easy scheduling which they accommodated my preference very quickly. Technician was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable.

Tech informed me 1 part definitely needed to be replaced and a second may need to be replaced. He said he would confer with his boss and send me a quote. After 2 weeks, I received no quote. I called 2 more times. They finally sent out a second tech. He stated the second part needed to be replaced and he would send a quote. Again, no quote. I finally gave up asking them for their business and went with someone else. That person agreed that the first part needed to be replaced but the second was in fine working order. He also pointed out some missing insulation and gaskets that the first 2 techs from cool breeze missed. After intially being impressed, this experience soured me and I will no longer be using their business. I shouldnt have to badger them for pricing and business. The techs also both missed obvious deficiencies in the system.

The experience was good. They showed up on time and were very polite. They only thing I didn't like, was I thought they were a little pricey.

It went very well. He did take his time to work his way up to his sales pitch for me, which is exactly what I would have done in the same situation.

Well. Came on time. Diagnosed problem quickly. Fixed the same day.

The technician was courteous and professional. He discussed the pricing upfront and told me what he was doing at every major step, which I really appreciated. The other thing I appreciated was that the availability of a technician was pretty soon, perhaps because it was not "high" season (e.g. middle of summer). I would consider using the company again.

Only have AUX heat after the repair.

The plumber from Cool Breeze came and diagnosed the problem. Radiators could not be bled because the water pressure was too low. He raised the water pressure, added water to the system, and then bled the radiators. We now have heat. It took a very short time, and he was super helpful with advice and information. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I wish I knew his name, but they use electronic bills and signing. He was terrific.

I guess they were fast and efficient. I guess they were punctual. It took less than an hour.

I ended up being very sick this day, and had a terrible time communicating with the man that arrived to service the unit. First he couldn't figure out how to park or follow my parking instructions. I had to meet him on the street despite there being plenty of available parking. It seemed like he was unfamiliar with parking in DC. I was injured at the time so this was very challenging for me and got us off to a bad start. I honestly have no idea what work he did and he couldn't tell me much about the state of the unit. There was a language barrier, but he wasn't trying to provide any detail anyway. He just kept warning me that, "it could be bad". The only work he recommended was replacing a missing cap, that he just so happened to have in his pocket while he was on the roof. It almost made it seem like there was a requirement he charge me for something else. He also tried to tell me he thought something was wrong with my water heater that had just been serviced the week before. I told him he was seeing existing rust from an issue several years ago and that it was fine. He told me he thought it was leaking, and again "it could be bad". It has never leaked and I've still never had a problem with it. I just dismissed him.

It was quite expensive. I wasn't there but my son was there. They were very much happy with it.

It turned out well. I like their company. I hired them to do something else afterwards. They responded very quickly. Their punctuality was good. Everything was good.

Cool Breeze Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning's service was exactly what they advertised and I thought the price was fair. They showed up, I mean, it was late at night when they showed up and I wouldn't have thought that they... you know, they might have called me instead that they're done for the night but they came out like they said they would and I thought it was particularly good of them. They offered me a new filter for our HVAC system which, at that time, I didn't have time to go buy but that was completely separate. I bought it at that time but it was not part of what they were bid to do. I didn't have time go buy one for myself so I figured I might as well just buy. If I remember correctly, they scheduled it within like a day or so after calling them. If I remember correctly, they were late, but they did come out, it was really late, it was completely dark by the time they came out. But they did came out and I'm sure plenty of other companies would have probably rescheduled it instead. I'll give them an A for professionalism, definitely, for showing up even on a really late hour.

Alex called to warn me he would arrive late-- much appreciated. He was very professional and thorough, fixed the one problem we had (about once/year, furnace wont stop heating) and showed me how to bleed radiators. I would recommend this company to a friend or neighbor.

I called in the morning to have someone take a look at my thermostat. I was told that someone would be out to my place later that day between 3-5pm. That was a wide window of time, but i figured the flexibility would ensure that I could at least rely on someone showing up within that time frame. Well, no one showed up, and they didn't even have the decency to call and let me know.

Alex did an exceptional job. He came on-time as planned and performed the requirements of the deal. He did recommend that we replace our filter and would have done this had we had filters present in the home. Where Alex really shined was a couple days later we developed an issue with our furnace and it wouldn't turn on. The temperature overnight plunged in the home and I called Cool Breeze about the issue as they hadn't identified any concerns in their report about the functioning of the unit. Alex returned that same day Friday (the coldest day of the year so far), handled the minor issue efficiently and got us back up running at no additional cost. He was the epitome of friendliness and professionalism. I would certainly use them again.

The technician did the work ok and called me for some potential issues. However, later I went back and check the filter for other reasons, I noticed he did not leave any written note with the date of service on my sheet, which other company always did before so that I can track the tune up schedule. And I left my air filter next to it, but I was not sure if he changed it or not. And he did not ask me if I wanted it to be replaced. In addition, based on the comments, I called backed and asked for a written estimate for repair. Never got it.
