Great. The repairman came on a Sunday for no extra service charge and repaired it on the spot.

My unit is only 3-4 years old and I have it serviced every year. The Technician arrived on-time and proceeded to the house thermostat, checked the furnace and changed out my filter. He then went to the AC unit and washed down the outside housing and checked over the unit. He informed me I needed to replace a part, which cost ~$150. I let him replace the part, since the summer has been extremely hot and I wasn't sure, if I really needed it or not, since my unit is not that old and I was disappointed that he did not clean the debris inside the AC housing

Cool Breeze staff were very professional and courteous, from the initial call to set up an appointment for an estimate, to the tech stopping by to inspect the job in order to offer a quote, to receiving a proposal and negotiation, to contract, and to the actual installation. Tasheika from their office has been very helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for similar projects!

Ordered Angie’s list on April 29th. May 12 - canceled for “rain.” There was no rain. - Comes a week later says I need a dye test. Doesn’t have dye. May 17 - call May 19- leaves message that someone is coming, apt was on the 22nd May 22- Returns with dye and adds Freon. May 30- 10 minute call Early June - Two weeks later someone else checks dye- need new evaporator coil. Send emails and calls to get update. Get verbal quote. Ask for quote on entire system and in writing. July 11– something wrong with motor, turns A/C off. July 11- finally get written estimate July 11 – I email responding to estimate and tell them I also have motor problem, send video to confirm July 14- still have not heard back, call again. July 17- call again July 18- Finally get date arranged and REMIND them I emailed about a motor problem, she said, “don’t worry he can look at it when he’s there” July 19- 1-3 window. 3:40 shows up with EC, has no clue about motor, doesn’t have one. Can’t do job without it. Spends 40 minutes on phone no work is done. It's a heat wave and my house is very hot at this point. They say they can't get the motor without me paying to rush it. Keep in mind I told them I needed a motor on July 11th, but now I need to pay for a rush order, but I do since no one can sleep in my house. Motor finally arrives and repair done rather "quickly" on July 25th. May 12 to July 25 to get the A/C repaired.

It took several visits to really figure out what was going on--due in some part to the fact that I called as things were failing but not yet completely gone so it was tricky. Cool Breeze was wonderful at getting the technician back out to us quickly when it was clear that the first easy fix didn't do it. The tech spent time with me on the phone to gather info before he came out (especially after the first fix didn't work) and really took his time to understand what was going on so I wasn't throwing good money after bad by just fixing one thing and then the next mindlessly. He took the time to explain to me what the issues were and really walk me through the choices I had being honest & straightforward about the pros and cons of each option.

My one complaint is that I asked them to make sure they had a ladder of adequate height and they did not. Tech had to reschedule for another day.

They were punctual with a last minute request and fixed the toilet with no issues.

The service professional was very knowledgeable, quick, funny and fair. My system was in bad shape. Matt gave a clear and concise analysis of the system and my options. I could've spent much less, but I trusted his opinion with certain parts that needed replacement, even though, I'm usually skeptical. Would/will definitely use them again, and will refer them to anyone in need.

A/C fan only was working, no cooling. I've been in the house 18 years and the unit was older than that. I got two estimates from three companies, all personally used and recommended by neighbors. Ron, the owner of Cool Breeze, said the unit had definitely bitten the dust and asked if I might want to replace the furnace at the same time, as it was surely as old as the A/C, but he did not push me. I asked him to estimate that option in his bid. I liked his approach, including considering the best placement of the unit (I have a large deck in the way), and his offer to send over a couple of window units to keep me cool until they could install the new A/C. When the day came, the technicians showed up on time, worked hard all day, were polite, professional, respectful, cleaned up all the mess, and showed me how to work the new programmable thermostat. I like how they do business and am pleased I chose them. They also take care of submitting the Washington Gas rebate paperwork. (The price is before the $300 Washington Gas rebate and after a cash discount.)

They diagnosed and fixed some problems with our AC unit and sealed a leak. Also recommended getting extra insulation for our roof rather than making massive adjustments to the duct work in the drywall. Very helpful and super friendly guys.

It seems like the issue didn't get completely resolved; but, generally the guy who came out seemed fine. Immediately, we're fine. We are still having some issue.

Discovered dead heat pump/AC at 9 p.m. on Friday night. Called about 10 p.m. Owner answered phone, discussed problem and offered to have repairman at my house between 8:30 and 10:30 next morning (Saturday.) Minimum service call he quoted was $79.00...well below well known large company who offered service later Sat. afternoon. Repairman Kenneth arrived before 10:00 a.m. Diagnosed problem which was a needed replacement part on the heat pump which he had in his truck. He repaired heat pump, did a maintenance check on it and told me that my filter was dirty which may have caused the problem. I had a spare media filter which he installed at no charge. I gave him the Angie's list 25.00 of service call coupon and repair was done at a reasonable charge. I was most pleased and will use this company in the future.

It is my first time writing a review on any website. Ronen is really nice, funny, and professional plumber. My water heater was not working and the water was leaking. I called and got the appointment for early morning the next day. Ronen fixed it with a new part and also cleaned up the water on the floor in one hour. If something goes wrong in my place in the future (hopefully not), I will definitely call Ronen again. Highly recommend!

Good. They said the unit was old but in working order. It could use a cleaning but they advised against it because it could create a leak in that old of a unit. Gave me a quote for a new unit when we needed to replace.

I was able to get an appointment in less than one week from the date I purchased the deal. Along with the tune-up I had requested the hoses outside to be change out (the last tech from the company had recommended it). The technician was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He explain what he would be looking for and went right to work. I didn’t realize that he was checking the outside units but explain to me that there was a possibility of having a small leak in one of the units outside. Which we will be on the look out for. As for the hoses being changed out, that request never was relayed but he told me he would put in the request to come back at a later time.
