Part was special ordered, but once it was installed the same day it came in.

Perfectly. They scheduled both jobs quickly, came on time and handled the work professionally and carefully.

The tune up itself was short and painless, but there were a few issues with the AC (it was making a slight buzzing noise) that I wanted some insight into that they weren't able to provide.

Called them to replace an igniter for my gas furnace. Their proposed fee was reasonable, and they double checked the prior maintenance record; it turned out that I was mistaken: the igniter was replaced 9 months earlier, and they saved me an unnecessary expense! Great people.

Everything went great. The tech was thorough, professional and answered all questions that we had about the condition of our units.

The service technician (Reme) came by and added more Freon to the heat pump. He let me know that the leak was coming from the pipes being clogged in the unit. After clearing out the pipes, and adding Freon, no leak....just a cool breeze blowing from my A/C! Overall a great job. I definitely give them a thumbs up.

Ronin and Ronnie were very punctual. They found the leaky pipe (which was located in a very difficult place) and replaced it. They were both very professional and had my water working before they left. The cost was reasonable. They did a great job!

Matt MIschel (the service rep) came just a few hours after my call. He was extremely informative and professional. He found the problem (a broken compressor) in a matter of minutes. He gave plenty of advice and answered all my questions relating to the proper maintenance of the unit. My heat pump is now working normally. Top notch customer service. Great job all around!

The Tech was very polite and thorough. He explained to me what he was doing. Did everything on the list. His name was Kenneth or Kenny. I was pleased with the service and the price. I founded out they also do plumbing they will be getting my business in the future. This is a great company, I can see they treat their employees well and invest in their training. Over charged, repair person is not doing the repair but rather interested to sell a new system.

It is $59 per unit. They did two units. I am able to get a quick appointment with them. They do not give me an all day window. They give me 2-3 hour window. They call an hour prior to showing up. Their customer service is pretty knowledgable about what they are doing. I use them for every season, at least once a year.

I have used them several times for about 3-4 years. They charge $59 per unit. It was easy to get an appointment and the customer service is good.

Technician was great. Diagnosed problem, fixed temporarily, measured for new unit. He gave info to boss. They were supposed to get back to me with an estimate. They never got back to me. This lack of follow up happened after two service calls and many attempts on my part. Hence, the overall rating of B.

My husband and I returned from vacation to find that our aging A/C unit had stopped working. We knew when we purchased our home that this day would come in the near future given the age of the equipment and declining performance over the past couple of summers. I called Cool Breeze and spoke with a very nice woman to set up an appointment for a tech to come out right away. While the furnace has mostly been fine, we knew this was going to be a total replacement due to compatibility between a new AC and our old furnace which I mentioned on the call. The tech who came out did some temporary fix but we were told that this wasn't going to last long and that we needed a complete replacement. The visit cost $70 including the time for the temporary fix and the consultation. This was about a month ago and despite multiple calls to get the estimate, I have received nothing because the owner has to review it and has been unavailable. I'm looking to spend thousands of dollars with this company so I really can't understand why after a month of waiting and repeatedly calling, I still have nothing in hand, especially given that this is the only company I had to pay to come out. Sigh...

Sean took before and after pictures of the main attic unit, and it looked much much cleaner. The bottom unit also looked cleaner. After he left, I noticed that one of the latches on the bottom unit had been broken, so I'm dinging one mark for quality. Also, the original estimate had said that Sean would be cleaning for about 3 hours and he ended up finishing in closer to two hours, so I changed the price from Good to Fair.

I signed up for the deal, but Cool Breeze didn't contact me, but were very pleasant when I contacted them about the deal. For that reason, I dinged them a mark on Responsiveness. Sean checked the systems and cleaned the outside compressor units thoroughly. He said that the inside systems needed a thorough cleaning too (they'd never been cleaned in about 15 years) and this would require another more extensive visit. He showed me photos of the central system in my attic, showing me the dirt buildup on the evaporator coils. I went ahead and scheduled that work.

My furnace/AC blower died and needed to be replaced. They were able to come out the very next day to check out the issue and see which part to order for the blower, and that was a $60 charge for about 5 minutes of work, which I don't think was put towards the following repair bill when they came out a couple days later to actually replace the blower. The wiring was done wrong when the new blower was installed, causing it to never turn back off. They came back out to fix it without charging me anything extra, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately now the heat doesn't work (possibly due to another wiring issue), but the tech wasn't familiar with oil heat and recommended I have an oil specialist come handle that part, which will be an extra charge for me. In the end, one blower repair required 4 visits from two companies, and paying some extra charges. The company is very friendly and professional but I'm not sure I'd trust their technical expertise for anything at all complicated.

They repaired the damage to the electrical panel and restored full service.

We were pleased with all the work they did in our home and found them to be very professional.

They gave a good quote for a good product. We liked that. Their responsiveness isn't great. You need to call them as opposed to rely on online or email communications. Once we got it worked out they were fine. The price was very good.

I was pleased with them. I thought the cost was fair. I would use them again.
